  1. Another solid display, lacked a bit of confidence going forwards, but he's miles ahead of Ritchie
  2. Fairly frustrating performance. Good runs, great energy, lack of end product. One great pass for Wilson though. I keep comparing him to Ben Arfa, which I shouldn't, but I just wish Hatem was here and in his prime still
  3. Deserved win. Burnley are anti-footnall. Wish those cunts would go down
  4. Go on Big Jow, loves a bit of agg now doesn't he
  5. Fucking Rodriguez is making me shit myself
  6. Burnley are just gonna lump it constantly, can see them getting a goal through a lucky bounce
  7. Better second half, badly need another goal though
  8. Fucking excellent stuff, need another 3 or 4
  9. When we pressed them at the back, they kicked it straight out. Just need to be aggressive and make them fuck up
  10. Nowhere near as nervous for this match as I was for Norwich, can't explain why. Less confident of a win though if that makes sense
  11. I just really have no idea what to expect in January. Bar that one window (12/13?) when we got Sissoko, Yanga-Mbiwa, Debuchy, etc, we've had shit Januarys. I'm just unable to see us getting in the quality players we need, as ludicrous as that sounds. Think I'll get over it when we get the first one in mind. I really believe under Howe we can surprise teams, but this December is going to be brutal. Tomorrow is a must win for me, in order for us to have a chance.
  12. Shelvey, Joelinton and Fernandez are the first names on the sheet. Ritchie and Lascelles should stay out, I'm nervous though that they'll come straight back in.
  13. I'll use my vast experience of setting up teams on FIFA for this, as well as the formation used when I used to play when I was like 12 3-5-2 RB CB LB CDM CM RW CAM LW RS LS The CDM obviously stays in front of the back 3, the CM a bit further to link the play with the CAM/wingers. The aim is to completely overwhelm teams from the middle, but have wide options as well, providing a lot of creative outlets and options going forward. As for defending? Sorts itself out doesn't it.

    Joelinton

So happy to see his performances improving, and the confidence growing as well. He doesn't hide at all, always wants the ball, and loves getting stuck in. Would love him to score a screamer on Saturday, but I'll settle for a tap in
  15. Was so gutted when he got himself sent off, like properly deflated. That match was so winnable, and yet we had to fight tooth and nail for a point. We all make mistakes in life, but this was massive. He's simply not good enough for this level, and if we're to survive, he needs to be nowhere near the side. I don't doubt that he feels like shit for what he did, not that I'm excusing him, but it's just so poor from a professional player to do something that stupid, that early.
