This is absolutely suicidal stuff from Everton, jeez.
-
No idea. I know he ranks very poorly against forwards for shooting metrics in the PL this season though
-
Rashford is really quite a poor finisher.
-
I like him too but he can only play as a 10 so doesn’t fit anywhere in the current system. Probably time for him to move on in the summer.
-
We've been so bad with the ball. Trying to force things all the time.
-
Would've waited for the Brighton defence to catch up so he could take them all first an' all.
-
Desperate for some composure
-
Nobody anywhere near him
-
Willock not really pulling his weight today
-
Wish we'd at least try and play possession a bit better. Can't even put my finger on why we don't because most of the players are comfortable on the ball.
-
That... seemed like dangerous play
-
We can go 5 points clear of Leeds with a game in hand here.
-
Why would he be doing that
-
Good to have some options off the bench for once.
-
Fair questions to ask. Wish he'd just respond along the lines of those are questions for the owners or something though instead of providing the journalist with a gotcha.

Steve Bruce Roadshow: Dates in Hexham and Blackpool announced.

Honestly just burst out laughing hysterically -
Mo Diamé did it for about 6 months under Rafa. Wasn’t as technically able as Joelinton though.
-
Yeah, good comparison but he's got a way to go to get to Dembele's level hasn't he. Dembele was basically impossible to dispossess at his peak, Joelinton still gets caught reasonably often. He can get better though.

His progression metrics are off the charts for the Brentford game, like. Literally made more than 5 times his usual progressive carries with 23 in one game. When you consider that Jack Grealish is the best in the league for this by some distance with 14.6 average per 90 it's pretty mad. He absolutely ruined Brentford. If we can start having more possession in games we already have some very capable players, like.

He’s gotten much fitter. Love how much more aggressive he is in all aspects of his play now as well. Happy he’s turned it around after what was obviously a tough few months for him. Would be amazing if he went on another run like last season.
-
His interviews always seem genuine and everything about them indicate that he’s happy to be here and wants the team to get better. He’s injured, there’s no conspiracy. Bloody Luke Edwards knew about it straight after the Villa game.
-
When he is motivated and fit he can go on runs of good form like this. We all know by now though that he can’t be relied on and it’s just a matter of time before something goes to shit. He’s basically our Granit Xhaka.
-
He does look a bit Russian
-
He can't play football though.

You really can't fault Wood's effort. He's everywhere.
