what is even grimmer, is it seems like we're keeping the same system with Gayle on the right hand side or the false 9 role. Mentioned it earlier this week that the system does not suit the current players, you now have to seriously question Jones also if he can't see that and doesn't have another way of playing. If he’s the one picking the team I agree.

I can remember watching the Spurs documentary and they had a guy who spoke so many languages and his job was helping players and their families settle in. I bet we haven’t got anything like that or if we do it’ll be a knock off version.

One of my favourite games in recent history. We were miles better than them from the first minute to the last. I’m still a bit disappointed Kennedy didn’t turn out to be the player we thought he might be.

Deflated this morning thinking about this. I’d been fearing relegation for months like most people but yesterday felt like we’re the ones that will end up falling. It seems far more likely than not now. If it’s a shootout between us, Fulham, Burnley and Brighton I don’t think there’s a sensible argument to suggest we’ll gain more points than those 3 teams while Bruce is in charge.

Agree with this. If/when we get relegated this will have been the most avoidable in Ashley’s tenure. No other club in the league would have allowed this decline to happen without making a change.

Palace have been shit for months and somehow win games. We need one of those, it’s the only hope.
