  1. Let me take one wild guess on pardews tactics. Starts 4-2-3-1 with cisse up front and shola outwide, And when it doesnt work or the shit hits the fan, switches straight to 4-4-2 with shola and cisse up top. The school of alan pardew management, predictable and always priceless.
  2. Maybe to a certain point, but I always use the makelele example, one of the smallest players to had ever graced the prem and of the best if not the best to had ever played in that defensive holding midfield role.

    Loïc Remy

Don't be so bloody naive man, seriously people need to stop this folly. When Remy wants to leave, trust me his agent will have whispers spread to every manager and club in the lands about exactly what amount will prize him away. For the last time , it was Karen Brady who made it public first about Ba, even if she didn't , most clubs would had known of his clause through his agent.
  4. “How am I responsible for mortgaging QPR?” he said. “I took two players from Spurs and the chairman brought in [Christopher] Samba and did a deal with [Loïc] Rémy. He will sell Rémy if needs be. People’s perception is nonsense.” All decisions on transfers were, he said, taken at a higher pay grade than his. “It’s up to the chairman and the shareholders. That’s their decision to spend the money. It was not me saying ’go out and buy Samba’.” He has got a point.
  5. be funnier if qpr are winning or worst case scenario a draw. This extra competition is the last thing they need.
  6. Being out of the cup will help them. They are playing their reserve players anyway.
  7. where shall this young man play, i fore see him being the furthest forward of a midfield three. much like Lampard in the mourinho chelsea side. Tiote or vernon will be our makelele and cabaye will be our essien.
  8. Agree, he is a Cisse with a bit more pace and less offsides. Glad we got another forward in, but not expecting him to pull up trees.
  9. that permed haired dirty git has seduced one of our geordie lass, got her up the duff? sounds like something the manager would do not Colo.
  10. Hope he get a good Greggs buffet after the strenuous medical.
  11. who cares, i want to know why he's still part of the squad.
  12. @GFN_France: According to @asnlofficiel, (Nancy official twitter) the #Haidara deal will be finalised today. #NUFC
  13. I've said it so many times, what is Alan Pardew's obsession with putting a striker out on the wings when he plays 4-5-1/4-2-3-1? Is because of the advantage of launching it long on the counter so the striker on the wing has aerial advantage over the oppositions fullback? Or is it to save up on having to make subs so he can easily revert to 4-4-2 with two strikers back up top when he shits himself soon after we go one up and he insist on defending a one goal lead? Can anyone please shed any light on what else he might see as an advantage of having the likes of Ba, Cisse, Best, Shola on the wings?
  14. Right enough , no more , why waste my time whining over this man.
  15. They had 2 shots on target in 90 minutes and we had 10. How were we lucky to go in ahead at half time when at half time with better finishing (i'm not having that the keeper played well as Cisse hit everything straight at him) we should have been 4 nowt up at half time. This is the type of response I get from someone that relies on stats and not watching the game, what about the shots off target they had, like i mentioned the lack of composure they had, and what about the offsides they were wrongly given when were through on goal. Stats are misleading as some of our shots might as well been a pass back to their keeper. Not saying we don't deserve to be infront, but given another day Reading could easily be infront at halftime.
  16. I'm fuming even more now, he said he had to take Cabaye off because of injury, then he said "I don't believe it's that bad, should be fine for next week, he was more worried than us" Yeh well done Pardew it's those exact type of things you say that make you look like a slimey piece of s***. And this is why you lose the dressing room you incompetent piece of s***. You are the manager if you think he had the capability to play on then you leave him on if not take him off, simple, don't deflect the decision on the player just to save your own ass, fucking manager suppose to protect their players not try and turn the public on them just to cover your own ass, fucking coward.
  17. We were lucky to go in at half time with a clean sheet in my opinion, we played well in terms procession of the ball and keeping it on the deck, but Reading were dangerous on the break, had the linesman been doing their jobs properly and they had some more composure in their finishing we could had easily gone in at the break being behind. Pardew attitude was a disgrace in the second half, first sniff of Reading turning the screw and he shits himself. Makes cowardice tactics, puts on defensive player for the attacking player.
  18. One of the worst games he ever had, absolute stinker.
  19. Need a thread for Who will stay after relegation. First candidate, Shola ameobi.
  20. Some people are still making excuses for the man, by blaming the lack of funds over the summer. Although that is partly to blame, even with the lack of squad he had including injuries, there is absolutely no excuse for the position we are in now. The team is better than that, that team Is still better than languishing at the bottom with 21 points after 23 games. The ones that think otherwise are naive to say the least. Some can blame long ball, short ball, turgid ball, foul formations, whatever but ultimately the manager with those players regardless of whatever style they play should be getting more than 21 points out of 23 games.
