Tiote missed 14 league games last season and 12 before that. Why can't we just buy quality players to bolster the squad? I think people are just skeptical we would spend that much money on someone who is'nt going to be an unquestionable starter..... considering how we have done business in the past makes a lot of people skeptical we would spend 7m in a position that is'nt really our priority this summer. Obviously we all hope that this player is being brought as an addition rather than a replacement, i do understand the skepticism though.

Yeah i personally hope he's being brought as an addition more than a replacement but if he is a replacement then i'll be quite content with it..... 1. He has the ability to play at a similar level to Tiote if not higher from what i have seen and what people say about him 2. at least we are signing players to replace people before they leave and learning from past mistakes. Obviously i hope it isnt, but at least we are being pro-active to get people in as replacements before it actually happens and it would probably cost something like a quarter of what Tiote will go for so we could probably get 3 or 4 quality players with Tiote's money.

This Holland side doesnt need RVP's movement or creativity..... the 3 behind him provide that... they need a finisher. If they want to win this game they need to bring on Huntelaar imo and maybe Van Der Vaart for Sneijder he seems to have carried over his Inter form.

Klose fits the Germany system better than Gomez IMO and i think Mertesacker might get the nod because he's more experienced and proven at International level.... Tbh though if your going to play Badstuber i would play Boateng above Mertesacker and Hummels.... not because he's better but because he compliments Badstuber better than they do and unlike Mertesacker, Hummels and Badstuber he's fast ( i know speed isnt everything but two slow CB's that rely on positioning is very risky imo) One of the many reasons why i only picked Lahm for my fantasy team as he's the only real certain starter i aint risking shit with the rest

Yeah he is very short, but tbf Tiote is aswell...... being short dont matter too much as far as DM's go. Makelele and Mascherano just a couple of many examples. I wouldn't say Tioté is a small footballer - not all all. His height is pretty much normal for a footballer. He's smaller than me so he's short My dick is twice the size of yours according to my sources, that doesn't make mine big!
