  1. Just seen this as well.... http://www.express.co.uk/football/view/359417/Newcastle-eye-Spanish-striker-Rodrigo-Moreno-Machado I wonder if we are in for a striker in January or it's just usual transfer window media BS.
  2. He's been getting a lot of hype across Europe this season but i can't say i have ever seen him play. Any decent striker would be good news though, especially one that can play wide.
  3. Benat just scored for Betis against Real Madrid 1-0.
  4. Yep he's an AM without a doubt, unfortunately for him Cazorla is better.
  5. They have Everton away on Wednesday i doubt it's a long term thing.
  6. il try, hmm think positive, a win tomorrow and we're still 9 points away from West Brom , err wtf??? West Brom are more likely to go on a slide of bad results than Everton are, anyway West Brom are above Chelsea lol i'm not even bothering about them at the moment. I'm looking at top 8 and points wise we are not a million miles away but we need to start winning games and now.
  7. Yeah he was out of contract but due to his age as mentioned you have to pay a compensation fee if he's under the age of 24 i think it is. Either you agree with the club ( which is usually best for both parties) or it goes to Tribunal.
  8. Thinking positive: win and we are 4 points off Everton
  9. I know he's not liked much in Brazilian media after that kung fu kick but Hernanes? or maybe Ganso if he could stay away injuries and improved his work rate? awaiting the Yao lol. Anyway i agree with you i think you should go Brazilian.
  10. He scored loads last season and has a few this season tbf. He'll always score goals but he's being replaced with younger players. Nolan-esque. Not sure what it's got to do with Benitez though. In the likely event he's not kept on, he'll be gone before they are. True but Chelsea play a different way these days where he's forced to play alongside Mikel and quite frankly he's not suited to playing there and especially not now where his legs seems to have gone. Having Ramires in there instead of him is better for the balance of the team with Hazard, Oscar and Mata ahead of them. He is still a decent option to come off the bench mind but Cole is still an extremely important first team player which is why that shocks me more. Not many quality LB's around that are not already at massive clubs so replacing him will be a tough task, Lampard on the other hand has already been replaced in all honesty.
  11. I get Lampard because honestly he looks past it these days but Cole has a few years left at the top level.... Be interesting to see how Cole is replaced.
  12. Well yeah but there's more and more deep-lying playmaker becoming defensive midfielders. Take Arteta's role at Arsenal for example i reckon he could do that to perfection as long as we actually pass the bloody ball anyway.
  13. What a f*cking c*nt talking to SSN before he's even been given the job. F*ck off to Ukraine with Rosie pls
  14. Hope he takes them down. Be interesting to see how he gets on with Taarabt
  15. Agreed he's struggling at the moment but i think more than anything he needs help and i don't think the current coaching staff can provide that. As for getting Sir Les in to coach the strikers it's not the most important thing ( which is well documented) but something like that wouldn't hurt especially with regards to movement and partnerships go he could really help in that regard or someone like him.
  16. You can play 2 in midfield if we are going to speak technically.... Real Madrid play 2 in midfield but have a AM dropping deep to facilitate play. Basically you need 1 player to drop deep to sometimes turn into a 3 and support the front 3 when in possession. Rooney does that for Man Yoo which is why they can get away with it ( look at how they struggled against Norwich without him), who do we have that can play that role? Which is why for us 3 in midfield with 3 forwards gives us the best balance at least when all the players are fit anyway.

    Alan Pardew

I'd think you would need like an half hour conversation to tell him all the issues it's not as simple as play 4-3-3 Alan it will fix everything anymore.

    Alan Pardew

I don't think many want him out we are all just frustrated at the moment. I'd rather us bring in a coach that can help with our passing and movement to work under Pardew than sack him, there's a lot of things i like about Pardew it's just he's not learning from his mistakes and quite frankly at the moment he seems incapable of it. He helped us get organized and make us defensively solid and i'm thankful for that hopefully at some point this season we can go on and use that organization as a platform to improve our creativity and offensive plan. Time will tell if he can do that but i do think he needs some help on the coaching side, not sure the likes of Carver are up to it tbh.
  19. Infront of the back 4 in a 4-3-3 with 2 midfielders in front of him which is basically what i'm advocating if Tiote was sold.... Anita as the DM, Sissoko box to box and Cabaye in the role you mention.
