Also, why do people keep saying he put in £50k to front this? I don't buy that for a second. I do think he was supported by someone linked to someone in the consortium as some kind of legal tactic and other angle, but he has served his purpose and is now desperately trying to cling on to a self-appointed status of the 'saviour of NUFC fans'. Hence why you're so sensitive to criticism of people saying you know nowt. You've dished out so much bollocks about "real fans" and just "being one of us". Now you really are, in the sense you know very little like the rest of us, so resort to trying to pretend you know stuff by incomprehensibly going after the journalist that has the closest link to Staveley out of anyone in the NUFC circle.

I disagree, you could show a season ticket that you've held for years. Which surely if they were a "proper fan" as they label themselves, they would have. He could also take his claim as "Keith Patterson, fan of NUFC" not "NCSL" Also he has the exact same attitude, literacy sense and lack of level-headedness that he displays on the forum hiding behind an account thinking nobody knows who he is but strangely bigging himself up at any opportunity. He's a self-serving knacker, stop making excuses for him. I find it infuriating as I actually am agreed that I think the takeover will happen, given time. But the whole "I am doing this" / "I am a bigger fan, you can't be a fan as you don't live from the area" etc. Wraith-like, fan-spokesperson shite is pathetic and you know he's gonna be on Twitter when (if) it does all goes through claiming it's down to him, because he pulled together a big copy and paste job letter and wrote "Dear Boris" on the front of it.

He keeps saying that he is only going to post updates, yet within a few days he’s back on arguing and accusing again. He really needs to step away and just provide updates only. He doesn't have anything to give as far as updates as he knows nowt, and of course he can't resist going on Twitter and biting at fans behind an 'official organisation' moniker because he's an absolute amateur.

Newcastle finally win and Edwards can't even big up his mate as clearly not an ounce of credit lies with him. No wonder he's foaming.
-
Don't let one win change things. Keep writing those letters, Keith. Keep the pressure up mate.

Sansom is a great signing for Villa, especially at that price.

And forget about it and move on to the next.

To Minhosa's point and the thoughts of UpTheToon; Ashley should have sold the club and been long gone some time ago (if the courts ruled the PL had no legal right to delay the deal, cause the Saudi's to walk etc.) and he has incurred additional losses as a result, he is entitled to more compensation. The reason behind that being that the court ruling would effectively say he should have been long gone with no risk prior to the event of relegation. Whether he did or didn't spend money is irrelevant. He should not have been in that position of risk. So from a strictly legal perspective, it is absolutely a valid argument and one which should we enter the literal worst case scenario for NUFC (relegation, Saudi's walk, Ashley stays) but Ashley wins the court case, then he stands to benefit (not fully) as he's just missed a £300m profit and instead lost £90m+.

"I don't pay much attention to stats".

He looks completely fed up and demoralised now. Given he's our only goalscoring threat when last season we had none and had to rely on defenders goals keeping us up, this puts us in real, real trouble for the rest of the season.
-
Also I agree with Kaka(!?!?) that Fraser clearly was frustrated and wanted off. He didn't even need to make the tackle and kicked out.

This is arguably the worst performance I've ever seen us turn in under Bruce. Making bottom of the table with no wins in 20 look like prime Spain.
-
In exactly the same position even down to worrying about the same 2 players. Unfortunately I don't think there's much you can do to mitigate the risk as a couple of games recently have been cancelled with just a few hours notice. I've tried to put players on the bench that might play but even that's been pretty challenging tbh as didn't have much budget for the bench. Such a shit situation isn't it? Leave them in, the game gets PP'd. Leave them out and they get pulled on child sex charges after smashing Villa's kids (with 20pts each to boot).
-
Aye I'll be boosting next week as well.
-
I've played my free hit to make the best use of this GW, really concerned about Spurs v Villa being PP'd though which means a waste of nearly £20m with Son and Kane in my team. When normally do they make the decision to cancel games? Surely they'd have to confirm before tomorrow afternoon?
-
Not necessarily. I'm only speculating here but the reportings of PIF leaving the table were only ever reportings. The conversations have clearly still be ongoing related to this deal rather than another one in the offing. If the PL were to introduce changes to the test, they could not be enforced within the deal from last year, they could (surely) only be for any future dealings.

Always knew he had it in him.

Loving this after fat Sam shithoused a result against Liverpool last gameweek he gets shown up for what he really is.

Not watching the games but seen on FPL Lloris has made 9 saves? Seems like Spurs have had their backs against the wall.
