Wey aye, I agree like but what I said before in it being something that we've all used, the Geordies amongst us anyway. Translated the name just means 'Our Home 1892' On that score, there's nowt wrong with it. As for 'hyem', that was synonymous with growing up for me although I would have spelled it 'yem'. gannin yem noo me like.

Checked the aircraft activity list and his usual chopper wasn't on the list. Either it wasn't him, he has another toy or is flying under the radar but regardless of all this I cannot think of one good reason for him being there unless he's doing a personal tour with someone.

The name is something that all Geordies will have used at some point or other in their lifetime and is easily identifiable in relation to St James'

Giroud is on £100k a week but his contract runs out next Summer. It wouldn't be entirely out of our wage structure if his was part bonus based with a flatter basic wedge.

Looks like Debuchy and Jamie Redknapp modelling them as well.

The opposite the brandling The wine shop?

Wonder what shop it was? Looks like an Aldi or something when really we need to be looking in Waitrose.

This will be when relegation hits the mackems properly as no-one gives a shit when the other fixtures come out.

After all this cloak and dagger stuff which is eating up the Summer and allowing eyes to be taken off the agenda, watch this just be about the sleeve sponsor.

What time does the leaked list usually come out?

The Reina saga is still going strong I see. http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/newcastle-united-target-pepe-reina-13178923

Some people do have short memories and others the inability to expand theirs. Under Ashley our expectations are controlled, heck even a cap on some people's views of where he can take us, all accepted. The phrase that we used a while back in not demanding a team that wins but a club that tries is still paramount now and not much has changed since it's invention aside from Rafa doing his things. Income or turnover is only up because of the amount of money involved with TV or prize money with many other excuses for lack of growth blamed on it being cost effective when many avenues of the club are not maximised via diversion techniques or lack of foresight. We've a chancer in charge, a gambler when even the least business savvy football fan can see the potential in growing us over the long term but everything under Ashley always point to the short. Clubs have bypassed our standing with us sliding down the league for ground size when we were the third biggest ground, now we're lucky if we're the third last choice for premier league wannabe's. Ashley's had his chance, probably should have sold back in 2008 instead of pretending to want to but in the time since he has had his money back and then some. I couldn't care less what the money men say as his wealth went right up on the back of us and only went down on the back of the economy. Fact still remains that less cash came into the club than what it could have if someone else was here. For what it's worth it's about time we had someone back in control where we can all believe again and not let our own expectations stop us from dreaming and maybe then can extensions over the Gallowgate or new stadiums really be talked about with any real substance.

Depends where Charnley is at because they had to wait until he was out of jail to report on him being in jail.

Just shows what a joke it was when Sky had that 'goodbye' White Hart Lane shite on. It's like the equivalent of one of your bairns moving bedroom or having new wallpaper stuck on the living room wall. A reality of the centre circle moving something like 100 yards.

The problem here is that the majority of fans have managed expectations so financial fair play should rise with speculative spend. As a club we were so far ahead of where Spurs were commercially when Ashley bought us that we have something like a £300m gap now. To me, that's not progression. If the Chinese or anyone else buys us then revenue stream will rocket on the back of normal deals being done again with the cash coming into the club rather than some warehouse accounts down South. Just watch. A risk is continuing on with Ashley and being grateful when things seem to be going smoothly when it should be the norm.

It was Louise Taylor in The Guardian where I saw it. https://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2017/apr/25/newcastle-premier-league-mike-ashley-rafael-benitez

We have publicly invited external investment before if memory serves? Aye, the official website even had an article with email address on as well to ask. Loads of dodgy replies came their way.

I'll raise you the 2003-2005 one.

If there's genuine interest then it means that Ashley HAS been trying to sell the club and the rumours true.

Makes no odds that Fulham's manager says he turned down a £20m bid because as soon as Cairney sticks in a transfer request, they'll be sweating for £12m - £15m

It's odds on that the bags flying round their hovel on a windy match day has lit a bulb in one of their 'designers' heeds. http://www.plutopackaging.co.uk/ekmps/shops/plutopackaging/images/Red-White-Candy-Stripe-Vest-Carrier-Bags-Small-11x17x21-350-p.jpg

Doumbia looked in his 40's when he was here and played like it.
