  1. Bayern Munich level. Good news for those accumulators on the last page. Edit: if they score again now.
  2. 190€ profit for the day. 300€ profit for this month. Wouldn't have thought this but my 555+333=888 lucky punch did the trick. (Having said that, I think it could also be 290 or 310 profit, but I'm sure Jack Flash will be here soon to tell me the correct numbers. Great to have my very own assistant here. ) Saw that 555 bet...theres no way I'd dare do that, my nerves wouldn't take it!!! Fair play for having the balls though.
  3. that was me during the euro's, my betting career has done nothing but advance since joining in on this thread, stay I will, I'm gonna need all the help and advice I can get!
  4. Who's generally the most successful then? Or is the last couple of days (well, wednesday-saturday) on here typical?
  5. Had £30 on us to win as I was confident that today would be the day that we finally clicked, only just scraped that one! Also £3 on this: 1 Draw Everton v Liverpool (Full Time Result) 28/10/2012 None 23/10 Won 2 Newcastle Newcastle v West Brom (Full Time Result) 28/10/2012 None 19/20 Won 3 Tottenham Southampton v Tottenham (Full Time Result) 28/10/2012 None 4/5 Won 4 Draw Chelsea v Man Utd (Full Time Result) 28/10/2012 None 12/5 To Run Was going so well until the ref decided to be a c***. Only just started betting, it makes watching football much more meaningful. And annoying at times.

Sorry must have quoted the wrong post by accident, meant to quote one by Dave. Done it again!
  7. WTF??? Looked like Torres was taken out at first...even on the replay it's debatable.
  8. Bayern Munich just gone behind.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

Poor game by his standards, but he gets little to no support from the rest of the team.
  11. Their movements been so so much better than ours. We can't even put 2 passes together ffs. A season of mediocrity beckons.
  12. Wrong thread. Lets at least win playing good attacking football today!
  13. Got this off an Arsenal supporting mate so not sure if true but... Some facts about Fergie: 1. Alex was not happy with Foy after tottenham game, Foy referees a League Two game. #FACT 2. Mike Dean, referee, when Blackburn beat Utd 2-3, hasn't refereed a Utd game since. #FACT 3. Mike Dean - referee, in 2010, after Utd's defeat to Chelsea, was demoted to the Championship. #FACT 4. Wiley, called "fat and unfit" by Alex after Utd's draw with Sunderland, "agreed to retire" that season. #FACT 5. Clattenburg (1-6 to City) hasn't refereed a single United game after that Manchester derby. #FACT 6. Martin Atkinson - Involved in Utd's defeat to Chelsea, criticized by Alex, hasn't refereed Utd since. #FACT 7. Ex ref Jeff Winter openly stating that he hadn't been given a United game for 2 years after sending Keane off. #FACT 8. Howard Webb has been United's most used referee since the defeat to Manchester City. #FACT 9. More than 18% of the penalties Webb has awarded in his 8 year career have been to United. #FACT 10. United's CEO is on the board of the English FA. #FACT Still think we're likely to be on the receiving end of at least one bad decision tomorrow (penalty / red card) but I'm still confident we can get a result.
  14. Ferguson > Cisse - Goal!! Again! Waddle doesn't understand the offside rule, what a surprise!!
  15. Whats happened to Obertan? Good cross for a change, well done. Waddle still spouting s****. "Poor finish"

long way off yet Up there with Pedro in terms of talent. agree but we have had some s*** hot talent here over the years...i think the lad can become a world beater but he we be doing it at sjp sadly. He's a world beater right now.
  17. Think we're the only club he's left that he has a soft spot for tbf, judging by the comments on his twitter a week or so ago about missing playing at St James Park, proper club, proper fans etc I think he said. Nolan, don't even want to get talking about was he good or not, always gave 100% for us, scored some goals and was part of the team that established us as a proper premier league team. I'm sure he will get a great reception to be honest, and I'm sure he'll give our fans a great reception too.
  18. Yeah, slightly surprised that Pardew has suggested that some players' "heads were turned" by interest, and creates a bit of a guessing game as to who he could be talking about. The only player who hasen't been 100% in my opinion is Cabaye, who has looked sluggish compared to what we have become accustomed to from him. Tiote has been injured. Ben Arfa has started in great form, looking up for the games. Ba has looked good. Cisse looks like he needs a goal to kick him off again. I would question why Pardew would say these things though, as all it will do is make us fans question who he is talking about? We have kept all our big players, we don't want to hear that heads have been turned. So in my opinion, it can only be aimed inwards, i.e. it's to get a reaction from some of the players. But still, it suggests that some did have their heads turned.
