  1. PL asked all clubs to provide details by last Thursday, quite a few including Arsenal and Chelsea.
  2. I’d of thought so…..as @Keegans Export pointed out now that ‘shareholder loans’ have to be added and assessed the whole APT rules will need a rewrite imo. This also impacts FFP/PSR calculations. It’s a mess of the PL’s making.
  3. Agreed, but clearly the PL thought that’s what they could do believing all would be good to go within 10 days of the judgement🤷‍♂️
  4. What can’t be true…..Blue Pencil Test? https://uk.practicallaw.thomsonreuters.com/4-502-1062?transitionType=Default&contextData=(sc.Default)&firstPage=true
  5. Wonder what’s going on with AS and MG?
  6. FIFA took a battering when the attempted to cap agents fees in December 2023 losing in the Courts on the basis it was anti competitive.

Shite………but so were the entire England team, absolute dogshit.
  8. All they need is a bloc of seven clubs to vote against and they’d prevent any rule changes.
  9. Growing organically needs plenty of manure………..money as the cartel clubs have demonstrated over the years. Fuck this organic bollocks.
  10. No, but recent cases against LCFC, NFFC, Everton and the APT arbitration have shown how incompetent the PL are and the value of having the best lawyers money can buy, I reckon the 115 case will collapse.
  11. APT rules were found to be illegal by object, I did a quick Google at what by object means, First, the breach of competition law can be established without it being necessary to demonstrate the actual or potential anticompetitive effects in the relevant economic and legal context. Second, the behaviour in question is prohibited because its object, or its 'precise purpose', is anticompetitive. Quite clear what the APT rules were designed to do.
  12. https://archive.ph/Qp8lE Simon Cliffs letter to PL clubs re PL statement being misleading.
  13. UEFA rules are also open to challenge in the CJEU. Let’s face it UEFA haven’t had to good a time in the CJEU as of late and I would add that EU Competition Law almost mirrors UK Competition Law.
  14. PFA would take action……..and as I keep saying governing bodies should stick to organising competitions and stop involving themselves in clubs commercial activities.
