Then a bloc of 7 clubs needs to be formed, us, City, Villa, Forest, LCFC, Everton and another to prevent anymore restrictive rules being voted in.

Allow all clubs to spend up to the club with the highest revenue streams as long as the owners can afford to and are willing to do so. -

Yes, but that was a CAT that the public can watch, Cityâs case is before an Independent Panel constituted under PL rules and is confidential. CATâs are judicial hearings and the public have a right to view if streamed and they can be reported on by the media. -

If there was an exemption to the new APT rule Iâm sure Cityâs lawyers would have advised them not to bother. https://www.osborneclarke.com/insights/manchester-city-versus-premier-league-arbitration-proceedings-kick#:~:text=Osborne Clarke has a track, the UK and across Europe. -

Thatâs the basis of Cityâs case re APT rules, that they are illegal and contravene UK Competition Law. -

Ours was before a Competition Appeal Tribunal not PL arbitration process. -

The most serious charges they face are tantamount to Fraud, the PL will find it extremely difficult to prove such charges. If City are found guilty of anything itâll be some of the minor charges, if the hearing doesnât collapse imo. -
Our own history and wealth was built on piracy, slavery etc, history I know but some of it wasnât in the not too distant past.

I doubt anyone would know, especially 99% of twitter users. If on the slim chance it was true itâs things like this that could cause hearings to collapse. -

Case will collapse 4-5 weeks into the hearing. -
You honestly believe they did it within the rules? What rules there werenât many, LFC were bankrolled by wealthy owners never had to contend with financial restrictions etc and if you dig deep enough into what went on in the 70/80/90âs Iâm sure youâll find all kinds of shite went on. LFC did more damage to English football than City have ever done getting clubs banned from Europe. I hope City bring this whole bunch of corrupt bastards down and the self styled âfootball royaltyâ clubs with them
-
As LFC did in the 70âs and 80âs and as Man U did in the PL era up until Fergie pissed off. If being successful is ruining the league then challengers need to be more competitive.

The Arbitration Hearing was supposed to be confidential and was leaked and itâs likely any rulings will be to.
-
Well according to Ziegler City have had some wins as he reported about 3-4 weekâs ago. If heâs correct I hope theyâre significant wins.
-
I hope Cityâs lawyers leave the PLâs back flap in fucking tatters!

All it takes to prevent any redraft of the rules is seven clubs, us, city, EFC, NFFC, Villa and LCFC, thats six and Iâm sure that group of clubs are capable of lobbying one or two others. It is possible, they tried at the AGM to change the rules re CFC and the sale of hotels to themselves and it was voted down.
