New Regulator’s Office…..Offside?♂️

TBF Delaney got pelters from us during our takeover re his reporting. He’s certainly pissed of ManU fans, well at least the twitter lot.

Interesting article re money the club will receive from TV matches on top of prize money at end of season. https://www.nufcblog.co.uk/2023/02/15/toon-set-for-hefty-end-of-season-payout-to-boost-summer-budget-after-14-game-streak/

Just my opinion but I think challenging FFP in a Court would be the nuclear option for Man City should things go badly especially if demoted.
-
It would be so typical of the PL to fuck this up.
-
This is a Steve Bruce type performance up to now!!
-
I’m sure I read somewhere that this letter we signed with 8 other clubs was under FCB’s ownership. Then again I could be totally wrong.

Do these fuckers ever give up

Four years this could drag on for? Wow.

Fuck, the PL are being represented by Bird & Bird, City by Blackstone Chambers………should be interesting.

If FFP is to be legally challenged it’s likely to be sooner rather than later, possibly by City. They know that if the financial regs that are in place is ruled to be illegal it would shake the PL and UEFA to their core. It would lead to a free for all where only the mega wealthy would really rule the roost.
-
It does, for Bayern Munich who win a fucking boring title race year in and year out with the odd exception. I’d rather have the PL as it is.
-
If its all above board its allowable and within FMV.
-
You can see legal challenges by City if this goes horribly wrong for them. FFP and owners financing their own clubs (businesses) before the high court or whatever court that has the legal powers to rule over this. If its dodgy accounting they could be fucked.

Two clubs still stuck in the 1970’s, fuck them, relics of the past.
