Really like Paredes. Heard PSG are thinking of selling him already

Stop giving refs the power with VAR IMO
-
Argentina much better, mainly due to Qatar being more open against them than most teams. Still liable to conceding from a counter
-
Greenwood is lovely

They not know the rules?

Good player but very injury prone at a young age

McGeady was on loan at Preston for a year and got their player of the year award

Chocolate Digestive/Chocolate Hob Nob are hard to beat. Pink wafers are also canny

Would be a definite foul anywhere else on the pitch. Looks soft but it's a foul
-
Argentina are very easy to break down, the amount of space he got on the break was a joke. The reason he wasn't playing penetrating passes was because the striker looked and played like he was about 50

Who you calling a chode!? Testing my new found restrained character. Close to hurling C bombs Please do it

Presumably more of the top female athletes in America play football compared to the men. Is football the most popular sport among females in America? Also obviously not as competitive as the men's game

Its a lot easier said than done like. Dybala and Messi can't just wreck the opposition, they'd probably just be getting in each other's way against a team defending really deep and packing the midfield which is how teams generally play against Argentina. I've watched the vast majority of competitive Argentina games for the last few years and I don't think people understand how defensive teams play against them. Teams pack the midfield and they don't have the width to punish that. Instead what they do, and it happened loads of times the other night is that they pass it around for a while, get frustrated, then try a one two/dribble into a congested area, then usually lose it and the other team has loads of space for the counter because all of Argentina's midfielders bar Paredes are out of position. This is why I'd always start Di Maria as frustrating as he is as he stays wide and actually gives another option Also I don't think those 2 holding players you talk about exist in Argentina, unless we're talking about getting completely garbage players in Aye far better analysis than mine; mine was the simple shit based off simples. But i hear you man. Surely there is a clogger holding CM that can get a job done for them lmao. You would think so alright. Mascherano has been a massive loss in that role, even Biglia who I think used to get quite a bit of stick would at least stay in position

Surely can't strip it from Qatar and then give it to a country who's fans have been terrorising Europe for the last 3 years

County Durham Mag seems to confine his nonsense to that one thread that I don't read so GE is much more annoying

Forgot Fernandez was Argentinian, he'd probably be an improvement actually which is quite grim Its a lot easier said than done like. It was really good play and he was very good throughout. I was most impressed by how strong he was on the ball when under pressure

Qatar gonna knock Argentina out of the Copa America. Glory days
-
Don't understand Paraguay. They have a much better chance of winning this than Colombia and take off Miggy and the admittedly s*** striker Suppose it'll probably be Colombia's second team actually
-
How has Otamendi played at such a high level Absolutely killed Miggy
-
Dybala ain't coming on. They're almost too attacking as it is

Getting the band back together, Di Maria on
