  1. Aye if everyone in the prediction thread on here had a table like that it would look bad as well. Doesn't Lawro generally do very well in his predictions? He did last season anyway iirc
  2. It's bullshit though. Their version of diving will be where there's no contact but the player falls over. What they need to outlaw is players going to ground when they feel contact. That's the real scourge of the game Completely disagree. It's been shown many times that refs don't give penalties if players stay on their feet after being fouled so they are right to go down if they're fouled It's a foul if you are impeded. You can feel contact and not be impeded, able to carry on your run, dribble etc. without any bother. Instead players CHOOSE to go down instead of carrying on. That's not a foul according to any laws of the game. If you CHOOSE to go down it's a dive, whether you feel contact or not. This 'he had a right to go down' is one of the most frustrating and destructive sentences uttered by anyone with regards to football. Absolutely bullshit and the reason the game is being ruined. You're basically saying he had a right to throw himself to the ground because someone tapped his leg?! Really!? Is this what it's come to where supposed fans of football are advocating players falling over when they feel a tap. That's f***ing disgraceful and actually quite sad as well. Yes you have a right to go down if you're fouled. Getting tapped on the ankle preventing you from getting to the ball or continuing a run is a foul yes
  3. We can't just keep him for years in the hope he becomes good

    Why is Azpilicueta a bellend?
  6. ? Reading finished 3rd and Huddersfield only 5th due to goal difference. They were practically in the top 4 all season. For sure, the two contesting the final have been the ones up front all season and deserve it, did we at any point think Fulham or Sheff Wed would catch us ? I was watching Mooy closely tonight, got to say not impressed, I don't think he can make the step up to the PL based on tonight at least, he's 26 now too thought he was younger. I would lean towards Cairny if we are going to buy one of the two for sure. I thought the opposite about Mooy tbh, although I didn't see the first half. I thought he was really good

    Football pet hates

Aye, don't know why people would get so worked up about something like that. Its like if someone was complaining about people calling the stadium St James' Park when it was named the "Sports Direct Arena" a few seasons ago. TRon calling it "the premier" on the other hand, annoys me
  8. Thought Bannan was good tonight tbf
  9. I've only seen him play twice but I'd definitely take Mooy. Always seems to make the right decision on the ball. Shouldn't be as expensive as Cairney either coming from Man City
  10. Did want Wednesday to win beforehand but Huddersfield played much better football from what I saw
  11. Mooy has been outstanding the last quarter of an hour or so
  12. Brilliant move by Huddersfield that
  13. Decent game since Wednesday scored
  14. Would take Cairney Maguire and Chambers, McCarthy is absolutely rubbish. He isn't like I don't particularly like him as a player but he's good at what he does
  15. This "They're Watford, what do they expect?" reaction is reminiscent of us under Pardew
  16. What a way to go out. Brilliant pro
