Everything is taking longer at the minute due to lock down. Started a new job yesterday and literally told not too come back in till after lockdown. Just means some things will take longer than normal. If anything significant happens, someone who actually knows will say something.

Dyer was very good, however a combination of injuries and media stories (true or not) contributed to him being rather disliked. Consider Asprilla....I can only remember a few good contributions from him and both are quite obvious. He was here only 2 years and didn't score that many, but is still almost universally liked.

Was anyone here genuinely concerned about Saudis human records before they looked like being the new owners? I wasn't...their behaviour would probably have came about 2 or 3 hundredth on my concern list only just beating whether or not it was going to be sunny tomorrow or not. If??? When more like. Even Shepherd could see when things weren't working with dire managers and tried to fix it. Yes he go them wrong more often than right but at least tried. In fact we must be the only club in the league that won't sack a manager for massively bad performance, breaking all sorts of bad records, being nauseating to watch, and generally stinking up the place with all sorts of excuses from pfms and the like. While he has no particular stand out abilities, he doesn't have any glaring weaknesses either. he is a very decent defender, the leadership in the backline will be missed. Can't see Schar or Lejeune screaming at Dummett for being his usual 20 yards out of place
