I think putting people in these roles who "know the club" is their biggest limitation. It's time to try people who don't know the club and get away from the failing mentality that's prevailed since the mid 80's. It's time the academy started producing....and not just a Dummett or new Ameobi every 5 years Hell Beardsley was qualified and look how that turned out.
