  1. And can you identify any of that from Lampard or Rooney? Long and the short is that without their names and playing reputations, they would not be managers of football teams. There's a reason Lampard is not currently working, there's a reason why Rooney is running Derby and not Everton/Man Utd
  2. It's an opinion...that doesn't make it incorrect or biased just because you don't agree with it
  3. Probably because he was such a fundamentally unlikable player. Redknapp connection certainly doesn't help
  4. Don't know what it is....sometimes you just get a vibe from a manager. Lampard, all i can see is Harry Redknapp Mk II Rooney, all i see is Mini-Souness Howe...Klopp wannabe, without the balls to try another country ( Hell even Burnley was too far North for him)
  5. I am actually inclined to believe Gerrard might have something, but the likes of Lampard, Rooney etc....can see them 1000 games down the line with every commentator saying they're " a great manager, deserve respect, treated unfairly" when they've relegated their 3rd club in a row
  6. Lampard, Gerrard and Howe are literally the next gen PFMs in the making. Possible shout out to Viera too
  7. So basically Lascelles with much better guidance
  8. Tragic thing is he did know how to play football. He was a bloody good defender, so it's difficult to understand how he could never get a coherent defence going. Unless he was guided completely by Ferguson and never had to actually think....kind of like Lascelles and Rafa?
  9. Think Brucie with his 1000 games show that knowing the league doesn't make you any good in it
  10. It won't matter regardless. They could rename it the Sabic Arena, or Aramaco at StJames, and it will still get called St James by everyone except Sky.
  11. Hasn't Boro's Stadium had loads of names? I seem to recall it being originally called the BT Cellnet Stadium?
  12. However they did say new rules wouldn't be applied retrospectively....so it's ok for City, but not for us
  13. Nice to see us dominating all rumours on f365 for a change. Barely had a whisper on that site for two years, and we're now the main stories
  14. Problem is that everyone thinks that their opinion is right, and they should be allowed to say it. Whats the phrase...those that shout the loudest have the least to say?
  15. Too many people get too offended far too easily. If you've got 50000 cramming into one place in a carnival atmosphere theres always going to be a fair few numpties who take it too far. It wouldn't be any different in Manchester, London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Liverpool or Leeds An unfortunate part of being in a democracy is that even the stupidest have the same right to express themselves as everyone else. Unfortunately these are the ones that get a disproportionate amount of attention and end up being the representation of the whole area.
  16. Should have just bought him the car outright...assume he's in a range Rover and that's what 80-90k? Drop in the ocean even without PIF
  17. "If this was in my country"

    Lee Charnley

Don't sack him just send him back to the ticket office. After all...he knows the club
  19. He's going to have to work bloody hard then
  20. Got an invite to the next embassy party
  21. Surely we need a German coach so he can tell Santiago Munoz that the ball will always travel faster than him
  22. He totally was, but think he was just a case of not being right for us....he won something at most of his other clubs. Doesn't make him good....just at the right place at the right time?
  23. I'm reminded of Alien Resurrection with the numbers 1-7 clones
  24. Only if he has the correct waveform for the vibrational frequency of this particular universe. He could be in a jar
  25. No hes dead and alive at the same time in a superposition. He only becomes dead or alive until looked at depending on the probability of a random nuclear decay
