Reading the rules stuff makes it look like the PL are correct in terms of wanting to know who exactly is in charge....however their repeated 'No comment', wanting things done privately, and suspect approvals of dodgy takeovers (Palace, where they don't even know who the owners actually are, Burnley who essentially used Burnleys own money to buy them mini Man U style) in the past makes them look like there's something to hide. Suggests to me that there's something from Liverpool/Tottenham that would prove they're acting unfairly in the interest of the whole league rather than just for a few teams, and they don't want this to be shown. ESL probably in there too somehow....maybe a nice brown envelope for Masters if he agreed to it

Yeah....Bruce found a spare on the hard shoulder. Just needs pumping up a little...when Charners approves the order to buy a bicycle pump
-
Would like to see him go to Juventus just for s***s and giggles whilst simultaneously pissing Ronaldo off. Would be a thing of beauty
-
Double over Liverpool, and a few snide comments about them should see him seen as a success by them

Was never going to happen though... His Chinese stop was never about a project and always just building the bank balance. Dozens of other clubs could have offered him a 'project' , but not as many giving a 12m salary
-
Not really....it might have a lot of viewers but it's still massively behind the top leagues....years behind even the MLS

China was just to build a retirement fund, and always will be until people outside of China start watching it. It never works out well when a manager goes from one team to managing their local rivals...We've got our own Bruce as a perfect example, although he seems to have made a career of alienating whole cities with his chopping and changing

Think Bale fluffed it when he had the chance on the biggest stage...shadow of Ronaldo was too much. Should have gone somewhere where they would have built a team around him, rather than trying to match/upstage Ronaldo in the same team. PSG or Juventus would have been a better move for him at the time

Far too clever for our lot...best to assume incompetence

Woah...careful there...that would buy a couple of extra wheely bins for the training ground. Investment

It'll take him that long using only fingers and toes to do the sums

Is it not more likely that Charnley simply forgot the accounts were due and needs a few extra weeks to employ an accountant and get them submitted?
-
Not sure if being sarcastic or not. Loads of really good players went to Chelsea and City when the money started flowing and where almost instantly forgotten or never established themselves as there were simply better players there. Yes they got medals, but no-one will remember them. Rodwell was massively rated before going to City....then suddenly he's at Sunderland, then nowhere

Surprised that it hasn't been proposed that the 'richer' team doesn't get an automatic advantage in the case of a draw. As an example....PSG play Dynamo Bucharest. Scores are level after 2 legs. Amazed that it's not been proposed that PSG should go through automatically, as that seems to be what football is about these days

This....he'd become a Sidwell/Parker/Drinkwater the second he's put in a team that doesn't have him as the main man. Goes to City and he might see the last ten minutes of league games every now and then, and becoming a stalwart of the League Cup games. I'm sure he'll be able to dry his eyes at night with all the medals, trophies, and cash he'd end up with though

They're all just desperate for Brucie....they just don't know it yet
-
Finally a place that PFMs deserve
-
Barring a miraculous step up from them both they aren't going to improve much now. Yes they'd score more than Joelinton...but so would Gayle if played, as would Carroll if not permanently injured. Would rather take a chance on one of the youth lot being the next Rooney

A boring individual asks a boring individual for nudes. Nothing to see here

Can see him doing well, then ending up at Rangers when Gerrard moves on
