Solid 9 now.. The games are starting to tick off, does anyone actually think we'll beat West Brom? I can see them hoying Anichibe and Rondon up top and completely bossing us physically. They wil probably score a couple of headers against a very makeshift back 4. Not to mention bringing Berahino on which we know how that is likely to end. After that it's Chelsea and Stoke away. Norwich will beat Villa on Saturday as well

Just watched a snippet of McClarens press conference for this on Sky, in 1 minute he went into great detail on why we will lose this Sky obviously wanted to show him wanking Martinez off, no mention of our signings or what we are going to try to do.

What's your opinion on Garde brummie? From an outsider it appears he has made Villa at least a tougher side to beat, cup game at the weekend aside. Having had lots of draws could a few of them games been wins? It seems it's just the lack of quality letting Villa down

This is just a non starter, he's not leaving West Brom, end of. So f*** if his value drops in the summer? Anyone spending £25 million is the same as West Brom not selling for that amount, so what if they have to sell him for £10 million cheaper in the summer when they stand a better chance of staying in the PL by keeping him. They will be thinking keep him, earn our PL pot of gold then sell. F****** ridiculous this.

Just can't see Chelsea releasing Remy just to help him out for the Euros, they will want to keep him due to their lack of options especially if Costs gets injured. Then there are wages, convincing Remy to leave London and Chelsea getting someone else in. Can't see this getting done.
