  1. I'm saying I've never been in the situation bud. I know I'd never ever go out with the intention of rape but I also know that if any of the women I'd ever brought back and shagged when I was younger decided to cry rape then I'd be probably in the same boat as Evans. It's be my word against hers and all down to who had the best brief. Food for thought eh?
  2. We may a coach that does everything in his power to ensure we get another couple of seasons out of him. We may also get Curbishley
  3. Actually he probably wouldn't. This isn't just any crime though it's the most heinous crime I can think of. I don't get how anybody's sticking up for a rapist TBH. What's the alternative bud, he pays for a mistake for the rest of his life? When is he allowed back into the fold of society so to speak. He's served his time at her majesty's pleasure so he's square with the house. You get a very short career as a footballer so why shouldn't he be allowed back to work as long as he fulfills the terms of his licence. Or Do we shun him, not allowing him gainful employment all down to a stupid drunken mistake? I have never when drunk come close to rape. I've never known anybody in my life who has either. You can't drunkenly rape somebody by an accident under any circumstances. In fact mate it's pretty much the one thing that's impossible to accidentally do and f*** yeah, if when you have a drink you feel the urge to rape something I don't really think you should be walking out and about the streets. Tbf mate I doubt we've both been in a drunken situation with shit loads of women throwing themselves at us to the length they do to professional footballers. It's not like he's waited in a dark alley with his Bally on and his cock and balls out is it? He's been out, brought a bird back and knobbed her when they were both pissed and she said that she said no. It's a funny one and no means no but I've never been in the situation where I've been surrounded by faff and off me kite on booze and fuck knows what else.
  4. Down to dickheads on twitter and that though, not Evans fault really is it? Not like he's doing a Michael Myers and pursuing her or owt.
  5. Never been a no1 though has he? I think we've got to go foreign. We've had a dearth of British managers since Bobby who have done next to fuck all. Bit of a change of culture won't hurt at all.

  7. Say Evans was a plumber, stock trader, green grocer, car salesman etc. Would he not be allowed to practice any of those professions after committing a crime and serving his sentence. He should be allowed back into football but then of course it's up to the individual club to employ him, again their own choice. If a club is willing to give him a 2nd chance they are to be commended in my opinion.
  8. Fucking hell, reads like a year 2's homework
  9. He'd love to have SD plastered all over the newspapers. He would - but not if it was being associated with our crowds falling to 25,000..... This. I've often thought of what his reaction would be to a nearly empty stadium for a couple of games. We seem to lack the impetus to organise it though.

    Adam Armstrong

Give him time, he'll be belter I'm not totally writing the lad off, it'd be stupid to do so at his age but if you compare him to someone like Aarons then the gulf in quality is there for all to see at the moment.

    Adam Armstrong

He's only young but I'm sorry lads, I just don't see it. No pace, no intelligent movement, no clinical finishing and a pretty pedestrian work rate.
  12. ^^^^This Ya just know we're gunna end up with a out of work desperate plodder like David O'Leary
  13. We'll never be rid of the fat cunt will we?
  14. Class talent when he could be arsed but far too often let himself down by acting the dick. Every club he's gone to he's caused aggro and had to leave under a bit of a cloud. Hope he finds the form of a couple of years ago but he's got to sort his swede out.
  15. That Tuchel sounds perfect, almost too friggin perfect truth be told. I wish Ashley would just put us out of our misery and hire Curbishley now before we start getting ideas about a proper appointment
  16. My biggest gripe with him is his sheer unadulterated arrogance. He's been handed a great little group of players (in the midfield anyway) who are capable of playing some really good football, such is his arrogance though that he won't change his tactics to adapt to their strengths. He could be given Messi, Rodriguez, Hazard and Pirlo and he'd still have Colo smash the ball up to Riviere He's got to go. I sincerely hope Tina Pardew bites his dick off as well.
  17. That's charitable If we pick up 9 more points I'll be shocked.
  18. With the injury/suspension list looking how it is, is it really that bad of an idea. We aren't going to win this match, why kill ourselves even trying? Lob the kids on, keep the the other lads back for next week.
  19. We'll get robbed, bobbed and duly knobbed here lads make no mistakes. This game was always a gunna be a nil pointer though. Do a Mick McCarthy and chuck the kids on I say.
  20. I want them both to leave, Pardew and Ashley. The good thing is that Ashley has created a very attractive club for a serious buyer, as we are debt free and in good shape financially. I just wonder how many decent owners are out there? For every good one there are probably 10 that would load the club with debt then siphon off the profits themselves. But if we get a decent one, we are in great shape to move forward. In theory you're 100% right but you aren't factoring in the most important thing, Ashley's asking price. It's twice of what your usual club is going for and he's no need to drop it. Face it, we are in fucking limbo. Until the fat lad drops we won't achieve a damn thing.
  21. You've got your priorities wrong, Ashley needs to p*ss off but he doesn't pick the team, train them, give them tactics or motivate them, neither does Pardew actually. Completely agree. He didn't send down a directive forcing Pardew to start with Shola and Sammy did he?
  22. Again I'll say it. This man thought is wise to start with two Ameobi's on the pitch.
