Love the bloke. He's got a long way to go and seems to enjoy practically assaulting his team mates in celebrations but his attitude is spot on. He's not technically the greatest player in the world but I can envisage him scoring plenty with the right service. Love the line about Dwight seems to have a good rapport with the players/staff at the club and of course loves the fans.
