Iheanacho as 1 in 3 for City with plenty of appearances off the bench. Guardiola described him as a natural goalscorer. He's only 20. This is good business from Leicester. Can't believe we weren't in for him. Actually wait, yes I can

I can't believe that sectarian bullshit still goes on...crazy

4th best team in Luxembourg  Celtic beaten by part-timers from Gibraltar last season... Strong argument for inclusion in the PL.
-
Fuck sake  Scottish football really is woeful. To think they finished 3rd in their elite league
-
Rangers are 1-0 down to some random Luxembourgish team who've never won a European tie at any level

Agreed, for once I actually nodded in agreement at a few lines

Would definitely take Grosicki. Was highly rated before a stint in rehab for a gambling addiction, and has seemingly turned his career around. Much better option than Gouffran anyway, and Rafa would get the best out of him

Ridiculous amount of players they have to choose from. That's absolutely ridiculous. And I thought France had insane depth! That is pure filth.
-
We say this every season though They're always a few signings away and they never make those signings, we'll see but I obviously doubt they will do enough. That's true but I think the lack of CL footy could be a big factor for them both on the pitch and with their approach to recruitment...we'll see though. It is Arsenal after all
-
Arsenal is a fantastic choice for him, he's guaranteed to play and considering France's phenomenal depth, that might come in useful considering this is the WC season. If the Gunners sign a few more quality players, then they're well within a shout for the title this season considering he lack of CL footy...although I guess that would depend on how they handle the EL

Cheeky move if we went for him. All my Chelsea pals (or 'cockneys' if you've never left the NE) seem to rate him very highly. Not sure they'd accept us only paying 3% of his wages though Chelsea will probably advise him to stay away from the goldfish bowl. I wonder how much truth is actually in that - it's difficult to accept that Abraham (regardless of what you perceive as his ability or character) would rather go to South Wales than us

 fuck sake.

I hope he's worth it

Looks a bit West Brom to me

My dad's an audiologist and he works with a woman called Selma who looks after Ashley's mum's hearing. Apparently he's super serious about this interest and is more than happy to sell at the right price...I hate even trying to be a 'ITK' or whatever, just relating what the old man told me today *edit this isn't exactly new information upon reflection

crazy, crazy money. Most expensive defender ever, if this comes off Absolutely mental that. Good player but £60m? Holy fuck that can't be right surely
-
He's a great talent whose progress has stalled for some reason. I'm pretty sure one of the bigger clubs will fancy their chances of getting more out of him. It's stalled because he's not an intelligent player IMO, I can see one of the big clubs taking a punt on him but I don't think he will succeed with them. Agreed. His decision-making is just so, erm, English at times. His touch can be a little wayward too. Then all of a sudden - flashes of brilliance. Classic player from these shores, particularly in the recent era

Why does everyone dislike Wagner? I'm genuinely interested, don't know anything about the bloke.

Quite liked it when we smashed QPR, it felt like we hadn't thrashed anyone in fucking ages

Guess I'm the only one that doesn't actually mind Boro probably as I wasn't born in the NE and I loved Juninho and Ravanelli as a youth

Newcastle United promoted back to the Premier League

Fulham for me, have a soft spot for em after a stint at their academy as a kid. Failing that I wouldn't mind Wednesday going up, they deserve their time back in the Prem and Sheffield needs some representation in the top flight
