  1. No thanks, as a ST holder throughout I'm still acutely aware. That was seriously bad though, can't see a pattern of play other than ponderous passing, running down bling alleys or chasing over egged balls over the top. Through in the cup though so
  2. Can't even get up for pens or progressing here such is the state of that performance. Absolute cobblers from near everyone maybe barring dubs and miggy. Usually hold my tongue during games but that has been as bad as anything thrown up by previous managers
  3. He was beautifully frustrating Jonas like. Feel he had a bit more going on upstairs than miggy does but both woeful in the shooting stakes His penchant for winning fouls and breaking up play was first class mind.
  4. Glad you both enjoyed it! I took the two bairns today and they were a bit out of sorts today after a mental few days away so they were a bit flat, littlest got bang into singing as usual though. Obviously it's not as partisan in the stands so it's great for the kids, but I was bang into the game today. Felt it was plenty good value for the price paid and a pleasurable day out. Well done to the lasses.
  5. Some people will just not be swayed because of their previous preconceptions of women's football, or what all the other lads think. I go with the bairns so maybe it's an easier in for me, but I went to my first game with my mam as a day out whi h led to me bringing the bairns. Gets them into the groove of the toon considering getting them to the men's is a hard task these days.

This season should've seen him as our McTominay tbh. Absolutely sound player to bring from the bench to see games out, or even squeeze a goal. Pity he's had to play so much football as has been mentioned above, it's made his limitations really stand out with persistent football.
  7. Something about us of late (most of this season) where we have just looked powederpuff and extremely complacent. I've only just seen the highlights but it feels like teams don't even need to be exceptional to beat us. Just feels like one calamitous mistake after another. Players fluffing clearances, pussy footed challenges, half clearances, absolute shite deflections. Is it all just huff and puff after a gruelling season and not pushing to gain them extra edges. It feels like a million miles away from last season. Like barely a whimper of life in comparison. I'm not someone who thinks too deeply () but can only assume it's fatigue from the remaining players we've got.

Just watching the highlights, holy fuck Botman Game to forget for him last night. He looked calamitous in such a calm way.

This has got to be money oriented surely, how could anyone be satisfied otherwise with this peculiar transfer? It's felt like a big waste of time for everyone involved so far.
  11. Look, if you want to change things then maybe you should put your own money in, is all I'm saying
  12. Really good news that it's been picked up as a discussion point in its own right. Thanks for write up @HaydnNUFC
  13. Some fans leaving the city game, and an absolute vacuum inside that stadium. Doesn't help they're playing a training match it seems.
  14. Even with a goal, what a shit game
  15. PSG fans crying into their Lé Cornflakes watching that, jesus.
  16. One is fans opinions based on watching their team, could be right could be wrong but it's their opinion. Man U Fans talking about if we can hire somebody else now is just objectively wrong, surely?
  17. Rules shoehorned by the very clubs who are at the heart of ESL is it? Glad we are all in safe hands
  18. In relation to the years prior, it was purely to bring us back to an even keel afaic. And now we've had how many half cooked PL rules imposed in the last 2/3 years?
  19. Yeah yous have been shit for so long it'll be an absolute miracle for Dan to turn that around. I mean, even when we were getting relegated under mike Ashley and purposely shrinking our commercial revenues at a time when everyone else's exploded, I always looked at Man U and thought "phew, at least we aren't man u". Us being minted almost seems a moot point tbh, PL is doing a fine job of throwing bodges in on a whim to somehow stop any kind of accelerated progression.
  20. Bit of posture from us in the press. Get the replacement lined up sharp and negotiate the man out. The temptation to fuck man utd about is certainly there from fans, but I doubt the club will entertain it as long as they come across as strong in their subsequent actions.
  21. I'd be less worried about player movements and more our clubs plans going forward. People in these circles move all the time, but the timing is less than adequate mind.
  22. Talk about over complicating things
