The store is such a shit experience man. I know old stadiums don't have the glitz or glamour, weren't built with mass corporate areas and restaurants or even nice communal areas for a drink, but I still prefer a stadium just being a good footballing venue first. San siro always sticks out to me as just visually imposing and impressive.

We literally just finished a training ground expansion last year to bring it up to a good standard. I'm sure they have a lot of plans, but not sure if you remember how skelotonised our club was behind the scenes. This is a long term project (hopefully) and not a carbon copy of man city's owners unfettered splurge on every single aspect of a club without second thought. It'll take time and it'll seemingly be done the hard way if the PL and it's cohorts have their way, so just sit back and buckle in.

Not terrible, but we did not look like the PL team last night. Was quite disheartening seeing Blackburn play one touch passes out of trouble from their box whilst we wildly flapped at the ball like it was STD. I'll take going through the cup as I do believe sometimes games are stacked against you and just getting through can hopefully be the springboard.
