Totally fine with Wood has sub striker, if we stay up. We need to spend big and get a class striker next season with Wilson and Wood as back up, with maybe a young prospect in.

Bet its nice for him to have Bruno around, bet they are chilling to together. His effort is class, he has played well in midfield. Very likeable player.

I like the partnership with Burn. They link well, Burn strong, good in air. Schar can bring it forward more. Looks a solid CB pairing. We haven't conceded more than 1 goal in a game in last 8 games. Defence stronger. Getting Tripper, Burn, Targett in for what we paid was great business.

I like his honesty tbf.

Only lost 1 of our 9 of our home games under Eddie (and that was Man City). Totally different proposition at home now.

Clearly we can play better but it's hugely satisfying to grind out a win like that. Very happy with the result.

They were 6 points ahead of 18th with 2 games in hand, when he was sacked. I've not saying 1 point per game is a positive in comparison to expectations but they likely need 16 points from 19 games to stay up when Rafa isn't there. If they can't achieve that it's clearly not Rafa's fault, especially considering DCL is back now and Rafa never had him because of injury.

Rafa isn't blameless but they were on 1 point per game average when he left and with half the season to go. Plenty of time to save themselves.

I don't want Leeds to go down. A lot of their fans are snides but they are a proper football club with strong support. The Leeds friends I have are all sound tbf. Really want Everton to go down. So deluded on their forum. Blaming Rafa if they go down. He left them on 19 points after 19 games. Hardly fucked in that position.
