Best moment was undoubtedly the winner vs Norwich. Given the fact on 93 minutes we were 3-2 down and still won, it was incredible. Funniest moment was Clark wiping out Darlow who somehow hurdled the tackle and dived for the save at the same time

Think it's all down to Rafa really liking him and Lascelles wanting to keep playing. Someone having that sort of attitude can really have a positive effect on the rest of the team, especially when its your captain.
-
Can't help but like him. He cares so much.

No Ritchie vs Burton?
-
Buying McNair and Love instead of M'Vila was a ridiculous move from them.
-
There's no way he doesn't get a 2 year extension next year and continue to leech off the club providing nothing. He's the new Ameobi in that regard.

Newcastle United promoted back to the Premier League

Just noticed the mighty Huddersfield have managed to slip to 5th without any games in hand. Coming for us went well for them. -
After that Middlesbrough mistake he made midweek I wouldn't even want him. Our keepers get finished with people forever on here for that sort of thing
-
Apart from Pardew who would have been allowed to do that here without a doubt.e
-
Wouldn't mind seeing any of the bench get on apart from Gouffran. Thats him being the only sub before 80 minutes.

Newcastle United lose Judicial Review against HMRC

That article makes its sound like anything dodgy has happened after we've paid. Imagine if its the FA -
Gave up on the Title then
-
They've lost money year on year for around 8 years. It'll cripple them.
-
I wouldn't doubt it though. Rafa seemed to prefer him over everyone else in his midfield last season. And then tried to replace him with a similar that didn't work out. I could see him going back.

He said he didn't report yesterday because of the other story. I suppose he means the non one he tried to start about Ashley and Rafa -
Newcastle United lose Judicial Review against HMRC

That's true, but the media need to pick a club as the "The main culprit" and obviously, the most Northern club is the choice. -
Dear me. When you think of what these tossers used to take from Fergie but no, Rafa's the one they need to crack down on for a nothing comment. p*ss off. The Establishment Vs Mike Ashley's NUFC. Nothing comment it was, and the FA are inconsistent, but I do believe the football wing of Ashley's sports retail has been put on flame by the establishment. Authorities haven't been able to throw the book at SD. Ashley has been too slippery so far - almost untouchable. I think there'll be people in office (higher than the FA) who'll be praying that 'Ashley's' football club is dirty as f*** in all this, and smashing NUFC (and it is a marketing shopfront SD) could be the next best thing after he slipped out of their grasp last year ie the parliamentary enquiries/hauling Ashley before a committee. I look at the Ashley's NUFC's overall body of work when it comes to ethics, or a lack thereof, from Keegangate through to how Gutierrez was treated. It wouldn't surprise in the slightest if we've been the greediest pigs in the trough, in this alleged 'secret' player payments scheme, given that we always seemed to unearth clauses & bargain basement transfer fees in the French market. For now I'm not exactly buying the best case scenario line being pitched, that the club was some sort of innocent victim as part of an elaborate scheme set up agents. Swindon precedent is there, if we're dirty as f*** then Ashley's NUFC deserves nothing less than the same sentence. After years of gutter level ethics from this mob (Ashley & Co), maybe this is Karma biting Ashley on the arse. Don't kid yourself. Ashley will be fine. It'll just mean the end of our club. Win win for him.

So, if he's trying to claim he's the smartest man in the media? -
Must resist biting. Must resist biting.

Anyone who sees that press conference as negative is probably never going to smile though.
-
I get the feeling football might be sick of Joey Barton, tbh.
-
Wonder if He'll bring Aarons back/ did he mention it in the conference? But an Mbemba/Clark partnership is theoretically our best, but I think we might miss Lascelles at offensive corners. Been winning the headers a lot lately.

He could had done it yesterday after the story was published. Caulkin isn't one to bullshit stuff. I know there's a Caulkin love in but he's a Journo. They look to sell stories.

Referees are a fucking precious bunch arent they?
