Wow, the amount of new found hate. Howe/Almiron/ASM/Dubravka/ Someone posted a while back, this team has loser running through it, the players who have been around the championship and the long standing Ashley era, only know one way, and its mentally taken them over. Its increasingly looking like we need to get rid of a good chunk of players that just have zero winning mentality. Massive month for this club, I'm not blaming Howe, because it would take years to coach out the loser mentality, look at David Moyes with the right club and the right attitude you can get it right, it takes a while though, definitely not Howe this, its loser central attitude, years of shit management. We'll get by it with time. But still a huge month, the owners need to get busy, 3 weeks left. -
Yeah, I noticed, think someone made a point of saying increased odds by going via bet builder? That might mean you only have btts??
-
BTTS is available on bet builder. But not BTTS & Win ?

Allan Saint-Maximin (now playing for Fenerbahce, on loan from Al-Ahli)

Would be mint if he's knows something via the player, I very much doubt he tweets himself though. -
I think this is what a lot of us are doing though. Its hardly de Ligt or Virgil. He could end up pish. I'm starting to think if Lille use our wealth to call the shots, then fuck them off and sign Coady, I was certain I read somewhere we were really keen on Coady and Stavely has actually met the lad and is a fan of him. ?
-
Yes, Alimron I can't help but like. But if you compare Almiron in attributes, you just get a modern day Obertan. I just don't think its sensible to buy, with better options out there, if it's a last resort and squad necessary, then yeah, but I wouldn't even buy him to start, he'd be a squad player.
-
Cantwell wouldn't improve us at all. Need to aim higher, as others have said, there's a lot of skint clubs needing to move players out on loan, better targeting high profile clubs, in this situation, eg: Barca etc
-
Sent you a DM fella, can't be arsed spamming the thread with it. ??
-
No mention of plug and play, was a RB who equally plays LB, likely having the confidence to do the job with no issues. paraphrase away though ?? I did say I was getting carried away. I'd love him here though. Top player.
-
? I doubt the lad would even be as arsed about it as you are for him. It's all hypothetical, so it's not worth you being right, or myself suggesting it could work. I'd be buzzing over it, you wouldn't because you would prefer a LB who has only ever played LB. Brilliant, End. ??
-
Cause it is I agree, but we dont do it, and you gave examples of other seasons when highlighting Howe? We dont even play the game to a target man? Listen it's not worth the debate, he's class though, I'd definitely enquire, but he's down south, probably settled, and to southern clubs are sniffing. I'm just getting carried away. ??
-
Who's playing out of position, Trippier? Has he played LB comfortably?
-
Obvs, its January.
-
And that's because we always cross the ball into the striker? ASMs whole game is based on cutting in,the current crop rarely cross first time, give me an example this season of a first time cross assisted? Not from a corner, I'd be amazed if theres more than one. And as mentioned Trippier has no issues on the left. Listen it's not even a thing, it would be mint though, and nobody would be complaining, bar a few pedantic positional numptys.
-
I wouldn't. I don't particularly worry about alleged exact positions like most. Take Joelinton in central midfield for instance. Its bullshit, good players adapt with ease. Obviously it's not for all, I get Harry Kane isn't going to switch to RW, but, for the sake of a RB who can play left back, I'd think it wouldn't be the end of the world. ??
-
Absolute quality this, we need to join the race, out bid Spurs and Arsenal.
-
We just bought a RB/LB.? Its also important to have two very good players in each position if you can afford it? A bit like the top clubs do, and that we aspire to mimic. For me him and Livermento are two top future fullbacks.
-
Listening to talksport on the way home, they were saying Brighton stand to make a fortune on Lamptey and are prepared to listen to offers upward of 40m with Spurs and Arsenal both interested. I'd love us to put a bid in for him.
-
Yeah but was that a Robinho type signing, or was that him,his agent, and madrid wanting him out because he was being accused of all sorts at the time? There's splashing the cash, or theres taking advantage of an iffy situation. In our case that might be Aubameyang? Not that he's done anything dodgy, but he earns way too much, for any old club to farm him out to, and is clearly not wanted by Arteta. I'd also add, Man City were in nowhere near the mess we're in, its going to be hard to convince a superstar signing to join a club 19th in the league ??
-
If Everton accept our offer he will talk to us I'm sure, it's a no brainer swapping Everton as a place to live to Newcastle, but most of these lot live in Cheshire. The only thing that I genuinely think is not in our favour is our current league position, but again surely that can be resolved in the contract.
-
Hope we go for Diego Carlos over this guy, and also Umtiti. Would be better.
-
Couldn't think of more depressing signings. Typical Edward's misery.
-
Yeah I'd even pester their agents get it to holding talks stages, even if we don't even intend to sign any of them. Just for Sean Dyche fuckery and messing with their heads.
