0. Southampton and Stoke need 3 wins to overtake us. That won't happen with how they are playing at the minute.
-
Ndidi sent off. Suspended for our game vs leicester
-
not any more I had Lazio -1 on my accum so was quite relieved.
-
I still don't think Stoke are out of this. Easier run in than West Ham and Southampton. Excellent result this. Completely destroys Southampton's goal difference. no way that's catching our now.
-
Same thing applies to us as well. To be honest if we're lucky only Huddlesfield and Spurs out of our remaining fixtures could have anything to play for. If the gap between 17th and Brom stays the same they'll be relegated before they play us. If we beat Huddlesfield I can't see how all the teams below us could finish above us, too many teams with tough run ins, they can't all do it.

Love Welsh.

.. and Lecister, Watford, West Brom. Laughbable we conceded 15 goals in 5 games when he was out of the side, three of them at home to midtable/relegation sides. Then 25 in 25 with him in the side (well 24 in 24 1/2 as he was off injured when bournmouth scored their winner. We would have been relegated without him no question. Player of the season by several furlongs.
-
If we beat Huddlesfield I'm going to start looking up the table.

absolutely livid with myself. Had two accumalators. At half time yesterday one was winning except Coventry (drawing) and Gillingham BTTS (Gillingham losing 1-0) (pays out £600). The other losing except Coventry and Scunthorpe (BTTS) (2-2 draw) (pays out £800). Cashed out the Gillingham one for my original stake (£5). Que Gillingham winning 3-1, Scunthrope drawing thanks to an 85 minute equaliser. Learnt a valuable lesson yesterday

Which is why england always fail in major tournements.
-
If he follows this up with a couple of goals at the World Cup we'd get that. If his goals get Fulham promoted we'll get that
-
We should be asking for £20 million + for him in the summer.
-
wtf was he thinking!? Why did he leave his area? There was no need.
-
If Southampton go down this season you'd think they'd come straight back up. If palace go down they're fucked they really can't afford it.
-
true leader. If we stay up this season, its our defence which did it, and whoever else plays in our defence, Lascelles has been undroppable all season. Hero.
-
didn't realise West Ham's run in was so bad. Thats a really bad result for them. Brighton and Bournmouth are not safe if we're not. Especially given Brighton's run in
-
Never gonna make it, get rid, should be scoring easily for a Chmapionship club already, doesn't make a difference if he's scored 40 more league goals than Kane at his age, should have scored buckets for Barnsley and Bolton if he got 20 for Coventry, getting 20 for Coventry is easy even Shola could have done it, doesn't fit Rafa's system, he's a jawdie so everyone thinks he's better than he is. bollocks, scoring goals in and out of a newly promoted team is the most difficult time to score goals. He hasn't managed the step up for the chapmpionship yet. If he gets promoted with Blackburn, hopefully they'll want him again for next season and we can see how he does in a championship club which knows him and has more trust in him. Too early to get rid, what do we lose by keeping him on for a couple of seasons to see if he improves.

Not worthy of a thread - 2018 FIFA World Cup edition
louistoon replied to OzzieMandias's topic in Football
Been there? Heard so much good about Russia (or at least Moscow and St Petersburg), or is this just some ignorant opinion based on what you've read online? Russia is an abhorrent country that does horrible things to its people. It’s also the worst possible spot for an international sporting event given its well recorded history of state-sponsored cheating. If you can ignore all of that I suppose it might be a nice tourist spot, but I have no interest in it whatsoever. I don't disagree, but feels like double standards. Not gonna litter this thread into a political thread however. As a sporting event I think it will be great, especially since their state-sponsored cheating won't mean anything in this sport. You did see the draw, right? I did. Every World Cup there's a few weak groups. Let's be honest, the real reason you're not interested is because you think South Korea will come out of this with 0 points. I think you've guys got an ok chance of going through to the next round. Both Sweden and Mexico are underwhelming teams, they're good, but nothing special. The most corrupt rich country in the world walked into a draw organized by the most corrupt organization in the world and walked away with the weakest group in modern World Cup history. How confident are you that nothing shady happened? These guys made Donald Trump President man, you think they can't mess with some ping pong balls in a draw being held in the goddamn Kremlin? #infowars I'd pipe down a bit given that anyone with half a brain knows the Russian government is regularly sabotaging international organisations and assassinate any Russian they happen to disagree with. Despicable government. -
I think we'll be ok. The way we are playing at the moment, only the liverpool and spurs games are ones i don't think we've a decent chance for a point in. Win three of the eight and we're safe. Two and a few draws we still probably will be.

Every PL game between us and bournmouth has been won by the away side. Quite increadable given its almost certainly the longest distance between two PL clubs

1 was Alf Inge Haarland. Every other one is right though

Can't really understand the bellamy hatred to be honest, he was a bellend no question but he was also pretty much our best player for his last season and a half.
-
If his goals take fulham up we could get 15-20 for him in the summer
