I've never really rated Gordon, and always thought he was a bit like Bellamy......not a lot of natural footballing ability/intelligence, but made up for it with his pace, work-rate and drive. Definitely changed my opinion of him last season, but he's been poor for a while now, which seems to co-incide with talk of him getting his head turned by Liverpool. He needs to be given a run into the team on the left now, and moved on if he's still not performing by Christmas.
