  1. I live an area of Sunderland that rivals anywhere in the North East. Are you Scotch? The only ones that could even be considered is Cleadon or (clutching a bit) Ashbrooke? Cleadon isn't even in Sunderland and while Ashbrooke has some nice houses, there's fuck all else there. Interesting to see where he lives.

  3. It's deluded nonsense like this that gives us a bad name.
  4. Nailed on to miss his penalty and knock about £15M off his value, the gormless knacker.
  5. Fat? He's f***ing ripped. I notice him being fat is the only point you're arguing.
  6. 'Big' Sam myth dispelled in one picture there mind.
  7. Mitrovic is a bad tempered, profligate, lumbering, fat pudding and should be nowhere near the number 9 shirt. Quite frankly, he's not fit to lick it's boots.

    Papiss Cissé

So. Farewell then Mister Cisse. Off to smile then At Chinese linesmen. Shed loads of Yuan But nowhere To blow it. Wouldn't you Know it. Won't miss you But you'll continue To miss. Lazy streak Of Papiss.
  9. Wow, this has got to be piss take surely? http://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/the-mackem-dictionary-second-edition-special-launch-night.1249384
  10. Great defender in his day, and he seemed like a decent sort. Subsequent actions have proved what sort of person he is and he should have been jettisoned about 3 years ago. Lest we forget, he also had a pet rabbit FFS. Adios Capitán Coward.
  11. If he's half as good as Keegan was with us, I'll be delighted.
  12. I wrapped it in last season after being a regular since 1978 and said I'd only go back if a) Ashley fucked off b) if he stayed, he finally showed some ambition with the club. This appointment certainly ticks option b so will be back next season and will take my 8 year old lad who is football daft. Don't really give a shite that in the second tier as that's where I cut my teeth, but will be great to go back again especially with my son. With this being Ashley, it could all go horribly wrong of course but hey ho.

  14. Was speaking to my old man about the situation last night, who is a regular since 1948-49, season ticket holder in the New Stand since the 70's, and he's cancelled his direct debit for next season. "I've had enough, they've sucked the life out of the club. I'm not going to waste the last bit of my life watching these useless wankers." Fair play but I could hear the sadness in his voice. Fuck you Ashley.
  15. I think he'll be in charge next season even if we go down. Utterly depressing.
  16. It's a good job we are always so proactive in situations like this.
  17. 10/10, an absolute certainty. Even if McClown is sacked tonight, it's too late to do anything now as failure seeps though every pore of the club. This has been coming for a few seasons now, just got away with it last time but we won't this time around, and quite frankly, don't deserve to.

    Sunderland

Yep, that's the one thing of the hundreds of others that tips it for me. He claims its from the way they were kissing but that just doesnt make sense. You wouldnt say "felt" from a kiss, 'seemed' or something would fit better. Might just be the way he speaks though This. He also said something along the lines of 'it wasn't bad was it?' which again suggests something happened, as it's not something you would say after just kissing someone. Asides from everything else he has admitted to, those two things would make me think he was guilty if I was on the jury.

Shameful behaviour, there should be an FA investigation IMHO. The Morally Bankrupt of England Club.

They almost certainly knew he was guilty, this is from a legal fella I know......"SAFC would have had copies of the advice from Counsel (Orlando Pownall QC is a big, big cheese in crime) and copies of the prosecution evidence once he was charged. They will have known the content of the whatsapp messages straightaway." They knew and played him to save themselves, which is utterly despicable in my opinion, and you're right, the FA should investigate it. The classy c***s. Would they have all that though? Strictly speaking they're nothing to do with this case, it's a matter between the crown and Johnson. Basically if an employee is charged with a child sexual offence, then there is procedure to follow for the employers. As a football club would have children of all ages on it's premises, they have a duty to consider there being any further risk of him reoffending while on bail. That is why in most cases like this, the employee would be suspended pending the outcome, simply to be on the safe side. Most SAFC fans seem to think that the club would simply ask him if he was guilty, he denies it, and they carry on, innocent until proven guilty and all that. However there's more to it than that. The club need to investigate further to see if they aren't putting children at risk, their legal people must have spoken to him, social services and the police. They would also have had to look into the CPS case itself and as my legal friend has said, they would have known the details of the case and the evidence against him. If they didn't do this, they were negligent themselves.
