Sure Dummett clocked in as the fastest player in the league one year

Lukaku is fast with plenty of space but think gbandit is right that his acceleration isn't great at the same time.
-
That's the most Lukaku sequence of events ever.

What's up with KDB? Been gash ever since he came back with that new trim.

Couple keepers paying tribute to Dubravka this tourney so far.

I don't think the concern is a poor performance but more of recurring problems that leaves people with little confidence in Southgate. Even totally ignoring the team selection issues it always feels like we concede control to opponents too easily. We have a squad of world class players and we somehow seem to collectively shit ourselves when we come under any sort of pressure. Everyone retreating so far back, Kane dropping deep into midfield and as a team really struggling with possession. It's not even like we look really hard to break down or like we are trying to catch teams on the counter. We just look genuinely really nervy and scared. I think the biggest issue is Southgate doesn't seem to trust the defence. So there's always going to be two sitting midfielders trying to protect them then we seem to go even more defensive when we come under pressure and just invite teams onto us too much.

The Foden at LW issue is definitely compounded by not having a LB too, mind. You could get away and it may actually be effective if we had a good attacking LB available for width and threat on that side allowing Foden to play more narrow. The best possible option we may have at some point for that is a half fit Luke Shaw though. If Southgate insists on playing Bellingham as a 10 then Foden has to be dropped. That's not a reflection of his ability mind as he's clearly a world class talent. It just doesn't work with him out wide in this setup.

Beckham was at least a midfielder. I think there's just a massive difference between moving defenders higher up the pitch in terms of positioning and how they receive the ball from when you are used to playing to a defensive line and seeing the whole game Infront of you and generally receiving the ball facing the opponents.

Any sort of pressure and this England side suddenly drop deep and then shit themselves every time they get the ball.
-
I thought he'd be fine but Trent looks a bit lost out there.
-
Worst thing about Rio is that despite most thinking he's a massive cunt you can tell he thinks everyone loves him.
-
Feel like he's so consistently good he sort of gets a bit under appreciated somehow.

Gordon is a much better fit for England as a winger than Foden. Foden is an amazing player who's just came off the back of a ridiculous season, so can see why it's hard to leave him out. But the wide role for City and England are completely different.
-
Trent will be absolutely fine in the group games and offers more than any of the other options in terms of breaking sides down. Issue is who then comes in for the harder games?

Vestergard makes Dan Burn look rapid.

It's weird but there is something about supporting England that sends quite a few people mad. Even being in Newcastle during England games is a totally different experience from a Newcastle match day and presumably most are Newcastle fans. The usual dodgy songs, hoying pints about, people just looking for scraps and smashing up things.

Kaka knows ball

I think they'd have struggled to sell to any non Saudi clubs mind due to the wages. Same problem Man U with have with Casemiro.

Bonucci could play a fair bit to be fair, certainly had a good passing range.

Barella looks middle aged and like a Victorian child at the same time.
-
Prerequisite you have to have shit tattoos to play for their Italy side?
-
Looks about 10 years older than he's supposed to be anarl.
