Exactly. Isak has only decided he wants out after Liverpool interest too. If it was really about the contract he'd have made that known early in the window not 3 weeks before the season starts

Oh don't have a problem with the price they want just saying we need to take a similar approach with Isak. Unless Liverpool pay what he's worth to us then we shouldn't budge, and with less and less viable options being available that number would be rising for me.

I'm not convinced Liverpool want him for the going rate. Without signing Ekitike, possibly. But it's an absolute fortune to spend in one window on two similar players. Maybe wishful thinking but I think the only way they get him this summer is if we cave in and drop the asking price a fair amount.

For me we have to absolutely rinse Liverpool on the price or keep him until next summer. It's not just about Isak but the bigger picture. We've said all window he's not for sale if we fold straight away it makes us look incredibly weak and is basically asking for other clubs to try the same with our other players. The fact we don't need the funds to strengthen other positions and there's not many striker replacement options about makes it an even easier decision.

Feel like Romano is definitely on the Sesko payroll, he's been trying to get him a big move for the last 3 or 4 windows Sesko is a weird one though for me. Good record and seemingly very highly rated but he's been bobbins whenever I've watched him.
