Find something you can agree with in life and build on it. It is often the case of a divorce when the philosophy of something you love do not match up with the one you have. Especially when it is the polar opposite of our expectations , just move on in life until "the philosophy" matches yours again. Applies to all things in life not just football.

In Pardew there was a charlatan(fit the regime perfectly). Bruce is just plain stupid...I can see this burning down fairly quickly. Without any understanding on how to put the players to work, i can see the players not caring. Maybe when the players stop caring , the fans will stop caring.

I hate him for taking the job, but not that much. Anger and hatred should be directed to Ashley. Anger should be directed towards the fans who make Ashley United possible. He's gone if we want him gone. True so True

Looks mentally weak...possibly a Mitrović situation all over again.

Smells something fishy with this transfer, not sure if Joelinton is worth 40 mil given his short track record. The resale value could be tough to recover as well. Sounds like 20 million quid is going into some very full pockets to me.

Sad state of affairs. Pardew is my 1st choice, if we do sink might as well make it a splash.

Calm on the ball, smart without the ball. He is one of the missing pieces in Rafa's chess game, very neat and tidy yet quick to move the game along. He probably a better fit in our midfield then Shelvey or Diame in Rafa's game plan as we often sit and counter. A real holding midfielder like Gary was for us, Ki could be the decider how our season goes. (Like when Shelvey in form) He offloads alot of the pressure in midfield build up play, allowing the wingers to stay in their positions. This in turn allows more freedom and attacking posture from our wingers. I love the fact we have 3 very influential midfielders in the team, if they play to their potentials probably no need to too worried about relegation this season.

Player with low awareness, poor touch, the distancing of the ball in his runs is a huge suspect as he often loses in duels. His shots and attacking positioning seems slightly better than average. However there is so much to refine as a player before he can lace Ritchie boots. I dont seem him being part of the future plans unless Rafa works incredible magic on Jacob, his general impact in games are just very low due to his inability to retain ball like Kenedy, work hard like Ritchie , or make space like Perez.

Rafa being a tactical coach probably sees stability first. If he given very little money, i can see him buying and setting up a very negative team. The problem with the negative football is just compounding itself with Ashley attitude towards the club and a highly safety 1st attitude Manager. Honestly think we have a much better chance of surviving with Rafa's Turtle/counter style than a Rafa's lets attack and try to win style. Longer term wise, Ashley is the sabotaging agent. He is consistently trying to be smart and run us like a dollar store. Its just not a enjoyable and pretty picture to look at. Rafa can do much better than us, i respect him for that alone for sticking with us.

Ashley's smoke cover 100% , he use it to divert attention from the troubles or pressure he is facing. Seen it many times with us and SD.

Not got good memories of Rafa's Newcastle team going on the attack while on a losing run. None of our players apart from Kenedy can make a difference on their own. I got zero confidence in our front line, probably a worst combination of strikers then last season. I could see us going down, if none of the strikers start showing form. Looks like we will be on a real struggle to score this season if no one takes responsibility fro it.

Obviously Rafa was given a shoe string budget, doesnt matter who we did sign. They were definitely not the A ro B list he wanted. This team won't survive if we don't play turtle tactical football. Lacks quality all round. Ashley has to go or nothing will change. The players has already over delivered for Rafa, they are not as good as we make them out to be.

They said on Twitter they had spoken to some people from the original group earlier today. Supporters for Change - as it was back in the day. The principles of staying away from games will have little or no bearing as it did then. The fact McKeags etc all pretty much worked and lived locally made them very reachable by the support. Interested to see what you think might work, if anything? Get relegated and stay relegated. Perhaps go as far down as the mackems. As long as the cash cow is surviving every season then there's not one single chance he'll sell up and move on. In the next 3/5 years we'll drop again - just hope we don't come back up. Agreeded Might not be such a bad predicament if we can get rid of Fat cunt eventually. It soul wiping to imagine another 10 to 30 years with him still owning us. Sad really.
-
Honestly even if people stop going to games, Ashley will probably sell them for price of peanuts and still fill St James. This fat bastard is cunning and ruthless, we can just hope a forward looking investor buy us from him. This cunt should burn in fire for the hurt he bought us. Hopefully some form of protest or boycott can come to fruition. Although i have my doubts as there is a price on every fan. If things are cheap enough how do you pass on it. He kinda has us in his pocket.

The most likely reason is to give any of those sinking teams Rafa's coaching for 2 years , they would probably survived like we did. The current crop of Newcastle players are still too inexperience and largely relied on Rafa's strong mental methods to re enforce a tough will. The difference between the managers ability(experience) in a dog fight is still the key to surviving as we have seen under Pardew and many old school managers they lose they team when things become too overwhelming. This current Newcastle team is one of the few that punches above its weight, it fairly obvious it all come down to knowing what they have to do during the game. Credit to Rafa making it simple for them.

I wouldn't be surprised If we manage to add some flair/better players like Kenedy on a permanent (players comfortable with the ball at their feet) I would not be surprised if some of the players you mention go on to improve and prove they can state a claim in the first team. The players in our teams seemed to be improving with Rafa's coaching, at the moment they look like they can even get better. This is really a breath of fresh air since the Pardewed days. Apart from The Robson days i don't remember which manager can allow the players not only punch above their weight but actually move them up a weight class. He could realize the potential of some of these players which i thought were mediocre at best.

Rafa has a very strong conviction for his tactics, coaching and training methods. (Probably think he is one of the best in the world if not the best which is not far from the truth). Rafa's methods takes time to transform a team, personally imo i think he wants to build a title winning team. I would even go as far as to say he wants to win the league title with his methods and show the world he is one of the best. That is probably how confident he is with his own methods. Given his experiences with different clubs, all explained in detail in his own interviews. He wants a long term project. This is probably to show the world his training methods and tactics are top notch. The type of manager that believes tactics, organization, team spirit and character will win you something rather than flashy mercenary players. Indeed Rafa sees the potential in Newcastle to showcase his conviction, that is if Ashley/new owner hand the reins over to him and support him with enough investment. He also has mentioned many times about a 5-10 year type of project. He knows it very well not many teams could fit that profile(Club with a large support base , although we are not the only club that fits this criteria). I certainly hope he stays. He is a man of honor and has earn my respect as one best managers that has ever managed us. ( Probably the best as of having us playing as a team )

Fuck Pardew~! Cross and Hoof BUllshit football. Btw Rafa has shown two seasons in a row, how to keep a team on its toes. The late run in to the end of the season, is where many weak minded lazy teams fall off the charts. Rafa has instilled this strong tough mentally in his players , is no wonder the never give up attitude won us the Championship last year as well. It is very unfortunate Rafa didn't have enough time to give the players the believe and discipline in our relegated season. The way he models the team with hardwork and strong mental attitude is really starting to show, could only see us going from strength to strength. What a Legend.

Mitro is a much better player in a team that has possession and play higher up the field. With the players we have, i don't think Rafa could have us playing that. If its counter football with little possession i am in Rafa's camp to not pick Mitro. However please don't take anything away from this lad, he can score goals if you give him service. We need a striker that can do more than score goals given how little possession and service the strikers usually get in this team in order to win a game. In reality we need the front players to play hard for one another without differentiating who is the striker or the winger, that is how we have being able to score and win goals this half of the season with less possession.
-
A feeling for a certain Alan Pardew. Would that not be great
-
He would at least had 10 goals this season if not for the sitters he missed. Unreliable source that is the problem. If he was scoring those goals , i think most people would back him.
-
Good player good signing. Hes good with his feet and is probably one of the few players we have in the squad that can open up a tight game with close control. Variety in Rafa's rotation seems like a great idea to me. Chelsea made it easy with smaller size players this year so in Rafa we trust.

Even Fat Sam is feeling the long term damage this moron left behind. BRAVO, the would great if palace went down
