Our 2 goals were 2 long range efforts, one deflected, at Wolves before not fashioning a clear cut chance despite having most of the possession in the first half. I was amazed we won that. We weren't playing well or good to watch early season and still aren't in December.

Disagree that we were better than Spurs. Second half we were giving the ball away for fun. Were lucky to win that imo. The nick for the equaliser at Wolves is one thing from the top of my head.

I doubt many would've heard of Arne Slot before Liverpool appointed him, and I find it short sighted a view that absolutely no one can do a better job than Howe is doing at the minute. There are good managers out there.

A new manager not impacting results immediately isn't an argument for someone being wrong to want the original manager replaced. We were awful under McClaren and Carver but it didn't meant that we were wrong to want Pardew out. Lopetegui being shit doesn't mean West Ham fans were wrong to want Moyes out. Us with Bruce. Etc.

Outside of Botman we have had no major injuries this season, yet we are still as consistently wank away as we were last season but there's also been some rubbish served up at SJP. We could be even worse than we are now is not an argument for me, like. We have a squad that imo can compete in that 4th-8th range. We look nowhere near that and haven't done for ages.

We finished 11th, 2 points off 10th in 2021-22. Finishing there 3 seasons and £300m later is anything but an achievement. Absolutely pointless drifting to a midtable finish. If we can salvage something, do it now.

I'd make a change now personally. We aren't winning the League Cup with the sides that'll likely be in the semi final. Could still salvage something from the season with a change as I can't see us getting Europe with how it is right now.

Know next to nowt about Terzic other than he was in charge of Dortmund and got to the CL final in addition to doing the double on us. After reading the article KaKa posted about Conceicao I'd also take him. And after reading many a James Horncastle article I'd also have Allegri. Think Terzic and Conceicao are more likely though if we were looking for a replacement.
