Should've won that. Good performance nevertheless.

Krafth, a garbage defender playing out of position at CB while we have a recognised CB in Clark sitting on the bench. Like what
-
Another, stop clubs being contractually obliged to wear change kits x amount of times when there is no clash. We can go to Leeds and Spurs wearing black and white. Also changing NINE back to Shearer's is a good shout, but actually make it a good bar instead of a shit version of an already shit Shark Club.

In regards to football as a whole Scrap VAR. Its fucking shit. Try and put a stop to or scrap this Champions League Swiss bollocks. Introduce a system where fans can pay an extra fee or for an extra subscription to a broadcaster where they can watch their teams' 3pm games or games that aren't on terrestrial television. Scrap agents fees or place a levy on them. Just do something to reduce their power in the modern game. There'll be more but they aren't on the top of my head rn.

Sack Bruce. Appoint a top class ambitious manager, try and entice Allegri or get Rafa back. Invest in the/build a new training ground. Scrap the current academy setup and build top class facilities and put in place a youth system that looks after the young players in the case of injuries etc, and a platform that actually gives them a chance here instead of loaning them out ad infinitum until they reach 23, 24 before fucking them off. Take a leaf out of Arsenal's youth system. Invest in the playing staff year on year to build an entertaining side that the fans can be proud of. Invest in SJP: clean up and modernise the ground inside and out and bring it into the 2020s. Try to get the Strawberry Place land back in order to expand, whether possible or not I don't know. Put a competent director in place who can grow the club commercially back to its full potential.

Large scale boycotts will never happen with Newcastle supporters and never have done. See Spurs 2015, West Ham walk-in 2018, see cancellation of boycott v Wolves in 2018. See Leeds 1989, and all of the forlorn attempts of United Supporters for Change back then. Gates drop off with poor results and league positions a la 1978-1982 and 1988-1991. Same with every single club in this country tbh.

No. Ashley, Charnley and Bruce deserve it but the club, fans and city doesn't. We'd be absolutely fucked until a takeover happened as I believe we'd never come back up whilst Ashley is owner.
-
Benitez sounded him out and pushed for him. But I'm sure Rafa sold Almiron the club as a stepping stone in January '19 though.
-
He still benefitted from the defensive organisation and team spirit instilled by Benitez last season. Its why playing 5 at the back was somewhat justified as we still were fairly solid, especially before lockdown stopped football. Some of the results like the shitty 0-0s at home to dross we wouldn't have even gotten this season, as this side of the team has been worn off as a result of Bruce's shite coaching and barely training at all. Performances weren't always bad either, especially away from home. That's all gone now though and it's showing him up for the fraud he is.
-
He wasn't though, was he.

TBF how the club handles younger players is shocking. Never play them in first team matches because 'experience over youth' because experience works a lot doesn't it, and it 'could ruin them' or some other bullshit. So we loan them out ad infinitum until they reach 23, 24 then fuck them off for a pittance of a fee and some end up being alright players. Mbabu and Toney to name a couple. The injury management by Pardew of Aarons was terrible as well, probably ruined him here too. Club's literally got nowt going for it.

As good an idea Rio had since he decided to cheat on his cancer stricken wife, that.
-
Also, fucking sick of PFMs. Hope Darron Gibson drives Wilder up here if he decides to take it.

My pipe dream is similar tbh, takeover happens before end of the season but with like 4 or 5 games to go and we're still out of the bottom 3 yet Bruce is sacked by the new owners anyway and Benitez, Allegri or someone or that ilk comes in, keeps us up and we kick on. The amount of Brexit PFM piss that would be boiled would be orgasmic. Nice to dream. Nowt else to do following this version of NUFC.

Aye. Sheffield United and Brighton at the weekend would've been rightfully vile.
-
Maybe, but even under McClaren when it was toxic at the end it was never full. Ironically the only crowd over 52k during his reign was that Bournemouth game. Expectations have been decimated, granted, but this is all such a new low. Loads of older fans like me dad can't remember football so bad or a manager so overwhelmingly despised. Albeit all of the hatred and venom is coming from social media and platforms such as here, I can't imagine even the most apathetic Ashley pocket filler would think this is what needs to be accepted because 'what can they do'.
-
I genuinely think, even with those that have gone to SJP over the last couple years, that it would've reached the point where Bruce was booed every time he set foot outside the dugout like Pardew was that day v Cardiff. The abuse Allardyce got v Liverpool was horrendous and McClaren's last game v Bournemouth was as toxic as it gets. Even Torygraph COVID Edwards has said that Bruce would be gone if fans were there. So many performance have been ones to turn crowds. Brighton at home, Man United at home, Chelsea at home, Fulham at home, Leeds at home in the first half. Away games would've been bad too, Brentford, Sheffield United, WBA, Brighton. The fat cunt has showed how thin his skin is even with empty stadiums this season. Absolutely convinced he'd be gone if that wasn't the case.
-
It wouldn't be like. People have their opinions on the match going fans but this will have turned and Bruce would have gone weeks if not months ago.
-
Hope he gets severe gout, me. Cunt of the highest order.
-
Crouch has just came out and said "I came out and defended Steve Bruce because I like him". So much for impartial punditry, sticking up for mates even if they are driving the club they're managing into oblivion. Fucking despise English PFMs getting defended to the hilt because they're English, and white and have a laugh with other English white PFMs. Just fuck off.
-
Villa and Everton for Bruce and Allardyce respectively is the last I can remember. For us though, we kept being told the same drivel just like we were about Allardyce, Pardew and tbh Ashley.
-
Like Alex.

Filled that in. Venting gets rid of me anger at it all, bless me lass who gets the brunt of it after every game. Somehow managed to fill it out without swearing or wishing death on him, just said how much of a fraud he is, how bad of a manager he is comparatively to other Newcastle managers in history in spite of the having the most money to spend out of any Newcastle manager. Message for the hierarchy was just was "Failure after failure for 14 years. Sell up and get out of our club".
