Aye. Stick by what's been my opinion of him all season. I think there's a canny player in there. His confidence is shot to bits by various factors and admittedly he hasn't helped himself on a few occasions, like the WBA goal at SJP or being so easy for wingers to beat. Bruce will never get the best out of him or any other player for that matter as the lad needs coaching and morphing into a better player. Funnily enough, Rafa would probably have been perfect for him as would the 3-4-3 we played post Almirón in the latter part of 2018/19. He's been really bad thus far this season, but I won't write him off until he can actually play in a team full of confidence and not being coached by Steve Bruce. The former and the latter will seemingly always be mutually exclusive.
