  1. And is exactly why it is difficult to drop him. Statistically he is likely our most productive player, despite wasting most of his opportunities. He's a luxury we can't really afford, but one we can't afford to drop.
  2. How many Gridiron teams are not owned by Americans?
  3. It was either Burr or Stanhope [maybe both have said similar] who pointed out tha once upon a time you'd have a thought in the shower and laugh to yourself. Now people put it on twitter. It's perfectly harmless until somebody else reads it, misinterprets it and has a paddy about it.
  4. Just bought him for £12.5m on FM, I didn't even have to negotiate. Mind you my takeover was done in the editor, so nobody really knows about it.
  5. Yes but the question wasn't about that. It's a simple assumption to make that the vaccinated are protected. Your failure to comprehend such a simple question suggests you probably don't even understand what you cut and pasted. But like I say Leffe has answered so you've no need to worry anymore.
  6. The worst thing about twitter is the amount of users that state it's a cesspool. I don't mean your average man, like yourself [no offence if I assume wrong] But the number of "media" folk who use it to further their coverage, and then go on some podcast to whinge about how bad it is. Edit: Actually the worst thing about twitter is everybody's acceptance that you have to be on it to advertise your services.
  7. Didn't Amanda recently state that there wasn't a budget, as such?
  8. My question had nowt to do with the bolded bit. We all know that the vaccinated are better protected. The question is whether or not their added protection also reduces their risk to others. Leffe has explained it though, in his own words too, so thanks but no thanks.
  9. That's a good idea, let's up the death rate.
  10. i imagine you can still carry it without contracting it, or how is it working?
  11. Pay the vaccinated the unvaccinated's wages.
  12. This is true. To be fair to him, the occasion I referenced there were four Leicester players making a pass, to Wilson, very difficult. I've no desire to knock the lad, this was just something that stood out in that game. Thing is though, it's frustrating, as in his recent interview he demonstrated an awareness of this, and I was hoping to see some change. His ball into Wilson, in the Burnley game, was brilliant and the kind of risks he should be taking more often.
  13. So, that'll be two years for us then.
  14. Aye, after a dodgy start [out of position] he settled, and whilst he never showered himself in either glory or shame, I always felt he was at least reliable in his position. Always thought he'd be a trustworthy back-up to our improvement. Then Bruce brought in Krafth.
  15. Come January we'll probably need 4 points from every winnable game.
  16. Nah. I've always liked Manquillo, always found him to be somewhat reliable, but recently he has been neglecting his duties. The second goal against Leicester was an embarrassment for him. Could always blame the skipper for him failing to set the offside trap correctly, but giving up to claim offside is a footballing crime.
  17. Aye but he can only play in one position at a time. We'd still need a LB.
  18. Evidence of a crime being with-held from the police to be used as blackmail? On twitter where the entire world can see. I understand thy want the damages paid for, and likely wouldn't get it, from a criminal court, but howay man.
  19. I love watching the guy, but you've just got to watch the highlights to the Leicester game to realise what he takes away also. Leicester's goals were all set up by quick passing through the middle, 3-4 players involved. Then you see ASM in a similar position to feed Wilson, in the box and he just runs into a blind alley.
  20. He just left his thumb in there and it jumped onto it.
  21. Would have been offside if not for Manquillo who had the cheek to claim offside as the player ran past him.
  22. When? When did we see this team set up with a plan?
  23. I think it's more his adaptability that is in question. Sure e has an attractive philosophy, but if you don't have the personnel you need to be able to do something else. you might make a mean apple pie, but if life gives you lemons...
  24. To be fair he was decent for Cardiff [I think it was them]
  25. He gave a recent interview where he revealed he was aware of this. Was about 3-4 weeks ago. I was hoping to see some physical evidence.
