  1. Wasn’t really renowned for his pressing was he? Can’t really see how he fits in to any of the top teams in the PL with the way game has gone now. Maybe Chelsea instead of Palmer? Even then he’d have to run more than he used to.
  2. Was at a talk-in with a Championship referee last night. “Who’s the most talented player you’ve ever refereed?” ”Hatem Ben Arfa”
  3. Kraft’s benefitting massively from not playing at the moment. Give him a run of ten games and it’ll be back to ‘not good enough’. As ever, the truth is always somewhere in the middle.

    Sven Botman

I think he was probably just responding to the post finishing with “is Botman becoming injury prone?”

I more meant is it the same injury that Eddie was referring to in that embedded post? From what our ITK friend has said, it sounded like he had more or less recovered from the ‘knock’ Eddie was speaking about, then something else, more significant, happened in training, resulting in needing an op.

    Is this a major injury?

Is it the same injury though?
  8. Tough game for them tonight. Would be nice to see a repeat next week.

Wherever it’s coming from, it’s looking more plausible than it did yesterday…

On the positive side, @CoreOfNUFC’s stock as a genuine ITK is rising…

    Lewis Hall

I take your point about Barnes and Botman, but we only lost one in next 9 after Sheff Utd. Beat Man City, PSG, Man Utd and Arsenal. Would take that again… It was following Dortmund away that things went south, albeit we still managed some notable results (PSG away) but eventually it caught up with us through December.
  13. Just remember the following team were a diabolical refereeing decision away from beating Mbappe and crew away in Paris:

As well as Hall did last week, and as much as we’ll miss him overall, Tino is the best 1v1 defender we have, so if anyone can shut Salah down…
  15. West Ham. Which was quite an unfortunate page to be picked at random.
  16. Fairly unequivocal backing for Eddie from Eales. And rightly so.
  17. Also been absolutely zero communication that ID is required, so anyone that is using someone else’s ticket needn’t worry as long as there’s no concession mismatch.
  18. If ever a team was set up for Osula to get subbed at half time…
  19. The entry time slot were completely irrelevant last time. Think they do it to try and reduce queuing / overcrowding, but they were in no way enforced.
