Thinking back to that shoot out at Forest. Joelinton had missed, Forest scored to make it 1-3, Bruno then scores his and gives a massive gee-up to what had become a slightly despondent away end. The Forest fans laughed and scoffed at this obviously, but it definitely changed the mood a bit, then they immediately hit the bar with their next one, and look where we are…. And that basically shows how his personality elevates him from a very, very good player based on his actual ability, to an elite player, when you consider how much he actually gives the team.

Don’t really know where to start with that. I’ve never experienced anything like it. There’s probably been more raucous, intense atmospheres, like PSG and Barcelona 97, but I’ve never known such emotion. Felt like there was genuine belief that it was going to happen (that wasn’t there two years ago), that built and built throughout the first half, culminating in an absolute explosion when Burn scored. There’ll (hopefully) be other trophies and leagues to come, but not sure anything will be quite like this first one.
