Nah, not allowed. Was in the away end against the mackems last season.

Absolute scenes when Arsenal Twitter realises who Oliver supports…

Howe said “very early February” yesterday, so assume he’ll be in the squad for Fulham or at the latest Arsenal.
-
Maybe the fact we weren’t prepared to go to the numbers Palace were wanting, indicates it wouldn’t have necessitated the selling of one of our elite players, possibly more a Barnes or a Willock? If we were bidding ~50m or less, and putting him on a reasonably long contract, I suspect the selling of one of those mid-tier players might have covered things, at least in the short term.

I’d imagine Eddie felt we were massively vulnerable at CB. If Schar had got a bad injury rather than getting sent off in that first game, we were bang in trouble. Obviously Kraft came in for three games and did absolutely fine, but expecting him to do be able to do that for half a season would have been a huge ask.

I don’t think it was intended as a criticism of her per say, just seems a reasonable summary of the position we’re in, and an indication as to why.

A reasonable summary from Luke:
-
Would be a convenient escape route for him to deflect from the absolutely diabolical results and performances.

They’ve just increased the number of teams that ‘qualify’ from 16 to 24, so there was always likely to be someone like Celtic, that don’t usually make it, manage it this time.
-
Of course, and that’s what every sensible fair-minded fan in your position should expect. Obviously, no-one would not accept it if it was somehow cheaper for them, but I’d be baffled by anyone that genuinely expects that.
-
With the exception of Man City, who will most likely win next week anyway, playing 8 games each to eliminate those bottom teams seems like ridiculous overkill.
-
It would probably be sensible if the club contacted everyone still on a deal and told them their tickets would be brought in to line with the standard price in that area from next season. Limit the inevitable whinging. I mean common sense should obviously tell you that will be the case, but clearly that’s not always in use…

Gonna be a minimum of £727, so he’ll be disappointed.
-
Don’t think it would make sense for Spurs with Solanke there. Chelsea could do anything. He’s better than any striker Man Utd have mind…
-
Surely if they go down they’ll just punt Delap for a hefty fee to cover a lot of it?
-
Favourite away day in recent memory. Well, possibly overtaken by Arsenal recently.
-
Nah, didn’t clear any wages off the books for them.
-
Forest weren’t interested in giving us any of them though because they wanted Vladdy’s wages off the books. The choice was we give you £35m for Anderson and you take Vladdy at whatever the price was, or we don’t give you £35m for Anderson.

Feel more sorry for Brexit Jim, who’s finding out that in football, unlike his other business ventures, he can’t just tell someone to do something and they have to jump.

Only counts for PL games.

Needs another two but the cut-off is miles away so he’ll get it a some point.

Tbf, Newcastle with Saka would be very good.
