This. New RW and Minteh to replace them.
-
Well one half still to go but as it stands the EL is just about gone.
-
Don't worry, we're going to get £20m off a Saudi team for him in the summer.
-
How can Pope be fit enough for the bench but not to start? He's a keeper so they don't exactly need to run around alot.
-
Yes, I'm a mackem because I don't tow the party line on here and think everything NUFC is fluffy wuffy and everyone loves us. Call it pessimism if you want, I call it being realistic. Comes with the territory when I've seen them win nothing in my lifetime despite being the wrong side of 50.
-
He'll go to whoever offers him the most money.
-
Isak/Wilson would be fine if we were not in Europe, but dropping £10m or so on a young prospect striker wouldn't be beyond our means.
-
I wouldn't sell unless it was silly money, but if we did at least we'd have his first team replacement already in place.
-
Top seven means an 80% chance of the ECL. EL or nothing for me but I know that's the minority view.
-
He's 32 and injury prone. He's got two seasons left in him, so maybe 40 games at a push considering he misses half a season through injury.
-
A draw is neither here nor there, got to be going for the win.
-
Well if we quailfy for the 7th place cup lets see who arrives in the summer.
-
CL>EL>ECL FA Cup>League Cup>Papa Johns Cup. Both third tier cups.
-
Well obviously not, but no less attractive than being in it. If we were out of europe altogether we'd have a better chance of a season like last year and getting back into the CL. EL or nothing for me. The ECL is a third tier cup competition, just like the Papa Johns trophy is in this country.
-
I would consider the ECL to be. We are not attracting any top class players to come here if we're in it.
-
No, just being realistic. He'll be 27 soon and will have suitors who will be playing in the CL next season and willing to pay him double what he is on here.
-
Fucking hell you've changed your tune, you were saying we had no chance against Spurs a few weeks ago! Chelsea's last two games are easier than our last two.
-
Chelsea favourites for 6th now.
-
Lets be honest, he's probably off. Maybe a 20% chance of him staying if we get the EL but he's not hanging around for the conference league or no european football at all.
-
On a small sidenote, first time we've scored in every home game in the top flight since the 58/59 season, 82/83 for the second tier.

It is. Win the last two we finish 6th, unless Chelsea win their last three 5-0.
-
£10m to Saudi in the summer please.
-
Depends if Man U win the cup.
-
Not a total disaster, assuming Man U lose tomorrow then a win at Brentford would get us 7th regardless of the result in midweek. That said, I think we need to win both to get 6th now as Forest will be on the beach against Chelsea when it kicks off in half an hour.

If Pope is fit enough for the bench he's surely fit enough to start.
