Let's be honest, even if we did pull off a minor miracle and finish 5th it would still mean EL instead of CL........
-
Don't get too excited, Spurs' other two games are against Burnley and Sheff Utd......
-
I feel like a sex piss every time I see his beautiful face.
-
It would be like giving a minutes silence to any shit player ever to play for us.
-
On £150k a week now according to Capology.
-
I'd rather no european football than the ECL next season. Most will disagree. Buy the key players we need at CB, RW and ST in the summer, playing one game a week and a bit of luck with injuries the squad should be strong enough to challenge for 4th/5th and CL football for 25/26.
-
I know it's down to wins/draws/losses for points but is it weighted by competition? i.e. do wins in the CL count more than in the EL/ECL?
-
This. Plenty of turkeys voting for Christmas in here.
-
Good news, wonder how much he's getting now?
-
28 years old and has had two decent seasons in the PL, no thanks.
-
I wouldn't sell Willock, after the first choice CM of Linton-Bruno-Tonali he'd be the first one to come into the side. He's been a victim of poor management of his injuries, being so short of players this season we've rushed him back and he's never been anywhere near match fit when he has played.
-
Fernandes getting injured would be a good thing for them, he's been dross for months and I think Mount is a better player.
-
Nowhere near the level we need and Anderson/Miley can fill in the home grown quota.
-
How much could we realistically generate in sales this summer if we're keeping all our best players? Dubravka - Would go for free to get him off the wage bill. Targett - Hardly played the last two years due to injury, almost 30, on big wages, no one would pay him anywhere near as much unless its a free transfer. Lewis - Might get a few mil off Watford. Hayden - Couldn't give him away, stuck with him till 2026. Fraser - A few mil off Southampton perhaps. Longstaff - £10-15m if we're lucky. Almiron - £10m, maybe £15m off a Saudi team. Murphy - Simply not good enough £5m Wilson - 32 and misses half of each season injured £5-10m So best case scenario, maybe £40m in total. As all the above will be classed as paid for in terms of FFP, what sort of budget would it give us?

I'd love to see what Man City finally get. If the majority of the charges are proved it should be relegation to the Championship at the least, but of course we know that won't happen.
-
Fair play to him, he was shit at CB the times he'd played there early this season but seems much improved at the moment.
-
I'd get shot of Murphy and keep Almiron unless we got a silly saudi offer for him. Gordon/Barnes on the left and new RW/Minteh on the right with Almiron as a decent impact sub.
-
I still see Man U as favourites for 6th, but there is no reason why we cannot get 7th. Beat Brighton and that's them out of the running and West Ham and Chelsea have a much harder run in than us.
-
Think it depends on where we finish this season. No europe and we'll probably get rid whilst he still has a bit of value and put it towards his replacement.
-
It's all on Bruno and the front three for the rest of the season. A Desmond wouldn't be a bad result in this one. Pity Maddison chose them over us, he makes Longstaff look like a pub team player.
-
Looks like he should have had an op in the summer but like with Botman we've fucked it up. Bruno has the world beating duo of Longstaff and Anderson alongside him for the rest of the season.
-
They got beat 3-0 at Fulham a couple of games back. Most of us would be happy with a draw but christ you reek of defeatism. In fact, if you were your avatar you'd have been shot for that
-
Just a shame him and Gordon are not as good on the right. Even so still we should be starting both for the Spurs game, Murphy offers fuck all at the moment.
-
Chelsea are the biggest threat to us finishing 7th now. WHU have a horrible run in.
-
If we'd had a less injuries and Tonali was not banned we'd be fighting with Villa and Spurs for 4th/5th.
