As bad as we may think our squad is, I'd take it over theirs in a heartbeat. Hope the crowd stays behind the team today. -

Jesus christ. This thread is a train-wreck. It is most certainly in the best interests of the club on all fronts to win today's game. And any other league game for that matter. Case closed. -

Yeah, would go with this with Longstaff in for Diame if he's not fit. Yedlin will need a good game. -

He's not very good.

Must be. Reckon we'll win this like, looking forward to seeing Roberts too.

You're right, uncalled for input from me. I take it back - I'm sure he doesn't care anyway, I'm just an anonymous guy on a forum, not only that but I'm from South Shields. Practically a mackem.

Aye cos North Shields produces pure loads of mint players Class driving instructors too.

Do you think? It was weird because there were a few similar situations I mean yeah, Atsu is standing where he's been told to stand and almost all set pieces are rehearsed so it has to be. I don't really understand the logic behind i I guess it's to cause further disruption in the box as once everyone is set for the corner, expecting it to come in first time, they're possibly more inclined to lose their man when the angle is shifted. Element of surprise and that... Problem is, we don't even fucking deliver it having gone short.

Played some really good football today. Did excellent to win that corner right at the end which we took full advantage of...........

His career thus far suggests he's more attack-minded, but that's at a low level and therefore means little imo. You often find talented players look really offensive in their youth development, but once they break through to senior football, they're much less productive in attack. He looks like a fairly well-balanced CM to me. Confident & composed too which I like.
