Holy shit Chelsea looking incredible.

Bit much like. You've every right and reason to be furious with the club, but wishing one of our own players injured is bad crack. Ah your right. Wanting 40m of mikes investment and increasing the chances of relegation isn't ok and nobody wants that do they!? Just chill man

Good post. He's in a tough situation for any player never mind for a 22/23 year old adjusting to a new culture and league. Needs time, won't get it, both due to the necessity to win games and also due to a certain bulk of our fan base which has proved time and time again to be less than patient and not at all forgiving to players find their feet.

If we consider this a free hit, which we don't have much choice in as we're going to get mauled in this Bruce (shocking) 5-3-2 formation, then that Watford game is huge. If we're losing the opening 4, in the manner we've lot the opening 2, I don't see any way back for the manager. The players will lose faith and rightly so. Dire. And I'm one of the positive ones. -
Hard to believe it's ended up like this, with this guy in charge. Rafa Benitez, man. We had it so fucking good for once.

No idea what we were meant to be doing today

Hayden only one to come out of today with any credit imo. Pukki's hat trick is excellent. Shades of Shearer in the first & second. -
Don't know who to compare him to otherwise, he is the replacement after all, you are right they are different players so head coach should be playing to strengths but we'll he's kind of not, other than that he cost £40 mil and can't control the ball, my word it's the same pre-rafa shot again You said it yourself. That's precisely why his every move shouldn't be compared to Rondon. Gonna be hard not too when he's been asked to play the same role. Not that it is his fault. Just feel for him. Our fan base can turn into cunts when they get on a players' back. And it appears to be happening already because he hasn't got the attributes of Rondon.

Looking very poor. Can't quite tell what the game plan is supposed to be. Hayden's done very well mind, and not sure Dubravka could have done more on the goal, too much power. Also, let's not get on Joelinton's back, sure the ball isn't sticking, but christ is he isolated when he gets the ball. Rondon was brilliant in those situations mind, but they're different players and there's only so much one can do. -
Decent enough looking 11. Should pick up at least a point here.

Judging by this thread, I’m looking forward to witnessing a footballing masterclass by this Norwich side. It’s not like they were 4-0 down at half time last game or anything...
-
Mitrovic looking good. BHH.
-
Not sure putting 2 weeks holiday in to play football manager counts, although technically your statement is correct.
-
2-1 to us. Hope we get to see more of Saint-Maximin.
-
See Newcastle 3 Southampton 1 two weeks later. Dummett absolutely outstanding.
-
I agree with what your saying, but he only played 20 games last season. I'm not sure how that changes the point I'm making? When he played last season he put in some MOTM performances in a team of players performing largely to a high standard.
-
He's ok certainly nothing special and his limitations in his passing and attacking play are massive. We have needed an upgrade for a few year in this area and nothing has changed. Yes, he's no wing back, but to say things like most limited Premier League player ever and that he is shite without exception is absurd.
-
Short memories. Dummett was superb for large parts last season. To the point we didn't miss Lejeune at all from the Palace game onwards.
-
Dummett back to shite again, that would imply at some time he wasn't shite. He's the most limited player I've ever seen in the premier league. All of that is just plain wrong.
-
One pass that failed to reach its target that we were punished for and Dummett is back to being shite again is he? Right...

Seems to me that you are on a bit of a rant and rave right now. He's not wrong though, QM. Bruce could have a cup of tea and there'd be 7 pages of vitriol saying he should have had a coffee. It's just way over the top. No, he deserves every bit of shit he gets, he wasn't forced to take the job, and shit on his former club in the process. The bloke is a tit aswell as a shit manager, fuck him. Thought you didn't care? Doesn't care but has posted 20 times in the match thread Guys, pushing this argument just makes you look stupid. Obviously nobody has literally no feelings about Newcastle. Some of us have just had to switch off because we can’t take the infinite futility and pain of talking about Newcastle like it’s still a normal football club . Use your heads a bit. No it doesn't. Several posters have said repeatedly, that they are done with the club, but they post consistently in the match thread, and some are celebrating when we get beat. Hypocrite central. It's so clearly manufactured in those guys who come on writing stuff like "glad we lost, howay Norwich next week" etc. Cringey stuff. Cringey as fuck. And meanwhile what are you getting out of Ashley-era ‘Newcastle United’?? Enjoying it? What? As if calling people out for false anger and over the top barraging of negativity means I'm in support of Mike Ashley. Thick as fuck.
