5 at the back with Krafth, Fede & Schar as the 3 is what that looks like to me. Unless it's a 4 at the back with Yedlin on the wing and one of Ritchie or Lazaro in the 10. -

We've won 2 in the last 10 -
Said Benrahma is a lovely footballer. Would take him here in an instant. Him, Almiron & Saint-Maximin would light the league up.

18 year old and plays so intelligently and with such perfect technique. I'd saying he's going to be some player but he's already there. What a talent.
-
Saka is so good.
-
Gomes was worth the money imo. There's some absolute shockers on there mind, and certain ones bought a while ago like Klaassen when £23m was significantly more of an outlay.
-
Yes and no. It's just different now. Sure he's not coming up again Shearer, Van Nistelrooy, Henry, Drogba etc, but he is up against far more elusive, tricky players which requires it's own set of attributes to defend against. Point taken though, there's certainly not the plethora of CF talent as in years gone by.
-
Thought he would end up at City to replace Gundogan. He's unreal, Thiago. Remember him playing as a false 9 for Spain U21, similar to what Fabregas done at Barca occasionally. He was absolutely unreal there.
-
Van Dijk is very close to that group, but as a central defender longevity counts for quite a lot imo, therefore I'd actually put all the players you mentioned ahead of him. He'll get there though. If I had to place Van Dijk in the present moment alongside anyone, it would be a small group of players just below that elite group you named, it would be with the likes of Ledley King, who was an outstanding player but never quite got there due to injuries. Van Dijk just needs a little more time...2-3 seasons performing and he'll surpass.

Could be but could be also that he’s been garbage in training and to be honest I saw him live at Leicester away and didn’t look like a prem standard player Yet a certain Swedish right back continues to get minutes. Krafth looks fine last 2 games. One of our better players yesterday, in fact. Which is strange if you look over the match thread where everyone though the opposite of this (bar the assist). The amount of times Shelvey played it to him in space, he ran up the line, faced a West Ham player, turned back round and played it to a centre back. He's a poor Paul Dummett. Bar the assist that was one of the key reasons we didn't lose...yeah let's ignore that He gave the ball away 20 plus times and didn't win a single tackle. If that's getting better he is fumaca standard Gayle hardly had a kick either. I'd play muto plus Bruce said he was the best player in training before the Sheffield utd game. Never been seen since Philipp Lahm-esque imho.

Perhaps a better player might have not wasted the other 12 crossing opportunities he had, or broke our attacks up by spinning round and playing the ball backwards? Ifs and buts, but I think he's trash. He didn't set the world alight, but he was solid and showed willingness to make good runs beyond. He wasn't trash, that's for sure. I'm pleased he's getting a run in the side and putting those early poor performances behind him and building a more solid foundation.

Up there with Dubravka & Saint-Maximin for value, for sure. I was pleased when we got him but didn't expect him to turn out to be such a crucial member of the team. -
Miguel Almirón (now playing for Atlanta United)

That's 8 goals in 38 this season in all comps. Very pleased for him, absolutely deserves it -
Really good today, even without the goal considered.
