There was no bother (ish) at the game but Marco Gabbadini's comments could create trouble or inflame conflict. Someone needs a word with him.
-
Before this thread goes "dead", I need to get this off my chest. I listened to radio Newcastle on the Monday evening after the wear Tyne Derby. Marco Gabbadini was an absolute disgrace. He very rarely talked about the actual game/tactics etc. He was totally absorbed and obsessive about the "photo" that happened at the end of the game. He thought it was "very disrespectful" and that it was a pre planned act of arrogance. Every Newcastle fan was treated awfully by him. Some sunderland fans even called in giving us support/understanding and told him to back off. He was awful!

Great Post. Very close to my judgement/future.

Love fables, me.

Like I said a year ago, come back when these superstar young uns are actually playing in the Premier League. I said it then and I'll say it again, I'll be waiting a while.
-
I've had this conversation with Teddy for quite a while. A year ago he said something along the lines of about half a dozen of their young uns would be playing or be comfortable playing in the Premier League. We are now down to Jack Clarke "possibly" going to Burnley.

Are Chelsea using the bespoke tool called Horizon?
-
100% a foul and a possible red. No idea what McCoist was blathering about.
-
That could well be the single game he referrs to.
-
Good honest reply. A mackem acquaintance of mine (cough) told me pre game that Jack Clark was going to torture our defence. What do you think happened there then?
-
In your opinion who was a) your man of the match b) our man of the match
-
Great insight. A couple of things. Eddie likes to use the phrase "different gravy" which implies well done and I take it "wee man" he referred to was Ryan Fraser.
-
I must add the aforementioned Rothmans book also said "sometimes known as rokerites". So you are correct.
-
Years ago I asked a die hard mackem what their nickname was. I was holding the Rothmans book at the time (remember those books?) He said black cats and I smugly told him "no, it's The Wearsiders". They haven't a clue about their own history.

Our fans sounded fine on my "telly box". Yes, I'm using that from now on.
-
I said the same to the wife yesterday. "Why do fans have their phones out"?
-
O9 tried for the whole game to maime someone. His only real success was a thumping tackle on the bairn Miley. Other than that he was normally on his arse.
-
That's what I thought, telly box?
-
Same here. I actually predicted at least a 3 goal win. Can't be bothered to trawl through the messages.

I'm drinking prosecco at the moment but we have the Sauvignon Blanc chilling for later.
