Half time subs or sacked.

Callum Wilson: offered 'incentive-based' contract extension (Ornstein)
RS replied to Strawberry's topic in Football
“Whilst Wilson’s recovery was expected to see a September return, complications due to bed sores caused by excessive use of the physio’s table over the years have hampered the return of Newcastle’s brittle-boned talisman” -
just don’t catch anyone’s eye on the metro. Outside of rush hour it’s basically a free transport system for junkies and the criminally insane.
-
I suppose being a captain means you represent the highest standards of your club on and off the pitch. When the press break his story he’ll be glad his not the club talisman

There’s a guy in the place, with a bittersweet face and he cost us 20 mill he’s Odysseas and good

Odysseas Is good Odysseas Is good He’s Odysseas and good. can’t think of a tune.

I thought it was around 2013-2015

Just liking the effort Yorkie! I’m a better supporter these days!

Feels like it was a fixed-term contract for Mandy and hubby to be the grease on the cogs of the takeover and the public face of the club for the following couple of years. Great job they did of it as well.

The mail employ some shite mind. Hope has changed his tact and is trying to replicate Luke Pedowards levels of narcissism, while Hughes writes like an 11 year old in an English lesson. Must be a struggle getting real journos to report up North so revert to fucking amateur hour.

You don’t spend £200 on a new “Gallowgate Stand” sign just to move to a new stadium. That kind of thing reinforces the FACT we are here forever.

Losing the Staveley PR machine is a big loss to the connect between club and fans. Howe’s early pressers about worries around Mitchell/Eales haven’t helped anyone. (Perhaps he’s shouldn’t have washed his dirty laundry in public?) The rumours around Trippier shagging round and the Vermont hotel shenanigans, tying in with wishy-washy on field performances. What looks like a completely amateur transfer window where Crystal Palace have made us a laughing stock while we kept on offering instead of killing the deal A seemingly large error in PSR book balancing leading to the sale of a potential wonder kid. All understandably point to why confidence in the ownership model has been dented.

Because they don’t.

I’m not feeling this one. Gut feel is our defensive frailties are exposed this time 0-2. Hope I’m wrong.
-
It was tongue in cheek but you’ve got to admit the start of this season has a very ashley’esque feel to it: Trouble in the squad. Dubious decision making. Unwelcome back room appointments…..very familiar
-
Uncertainty, poor decision making, unrest amongst the squad. It’s taken a couple of years but it feels just like home again.

I blame the DH Gate strip buyers. A few more genuine strip purchases would have got us over the line.

Funny the folk Pisswhinging on like they’ve have been actively involved in what’s been going on behind the scenes. Still got faith that the new regime will get who they want before the window closes.
