He was such a natural goal scorer for us at the time. I remember his early games for us and he could conjure up a goal from nowhere. I’d be like “we’ll not score from this like” then, bang! Get in. Just a natural talent for finding the net.
Agree. Bruce has thrown him to the lions. He’s gone from showing a modicum of promise to a car crash of a player. Should have been benched weeks ago. Unfortunately for him (and us) he’s possibly going to be our only attacking option due to Bruce’s training causing injuries/morale issues.
The appointment of the cauliflowersaurus almost guaranteed relegation. Our luck to amass the points we have has been staggering. The players are now being cleansed of the Rafa principles and are looking exactly like the hapless squad we should have been without his coaching and tactics.
I can’t see us getting near another 10 points.
