I think we do this in every thread after a loss. People vent genuine frustrations with players and then those players get defended. Everything you say is true, but the issues are definitely there and need addressing.

We've spent a wedge of what little money we have on someone so raw that he literally cannot be trusted to play meaningful minutes. And there hasn't been any sign in his play when he has been allowed on when games are secure that he is making the progress needed to become a success. I don't rate him, and clearly he isn't rated by the coaching team to be worthy of being on the pitch.
