  1. At least when he goes, alot of the hardcore fans will return, it will improve the atmosphere.
  2. So when the next boycott is announced, no one is going to take it seriously as it will probably be cancelled at the last minute.
  3. He is. Which is why the player is coming on an initial loan and the transfer fee will be paid by the new owners.
  4. He has saved us many a point. It's an excellent signing by Rafa.
  5. It’s a foul. If the goalie is deemed in control of the ball it’s a foul. So a rebound where he gets one hand on it, you can take it off him. But if he’s caught it then has it in one hand - it’s his and would be a foul. Just the commentator said one was allowed back in the day.
  6. Anyone know the law about the Lacazette non goal?
  7. Big result that even if a draw. 3
  8. Fucks sake https://mobile.twitter.com/NewcastleGoals/status/1070328214889873417
  9. Can totally get your point but when Caulkin as well as the others come out with stuff verifying it, there's no smoke without fire. Obviously the fat c*** can shaft us at any point but given the circumstances as well as previous events and communications from the MG, I don't think it should go ahead. That doesn't mean stop the protests by any means, just postpone this particular one. TF just coming out with that statement without telling the MG is bad craic iyam. Surprised particularly at the podcast lot who seem like good lads (and lass). But why should you postpone a protest because someone might buy us? Are they going to call off the purchase? If anything it strengthens the hand of a buyer because it makes Ashley more motivated to sell. It would, if thousands took part. I think it's clear that they won't. Rumours, exactly. Shouldn't make a difference. And neither will having it go ahead increase the amount of people doing it that took part in the walk in. There's only one way to find out. Anyway, some boycott is better than no boycott.

  11. ? From the independent: "Unlike the lengthy alleged pursuit of ownership 12 months ago by Amanda Staveley that frustrated Ashley so much he called off talks with her, this time those inside the club are currently preparing for a takeover and a change of ownership." https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/newcastle-takeover-mike-ashley-sports-direct-300m-how-much-who-new-owners-deal-premier-league-latest-a8667736.html How the fuck do they know that?
  12. Protest until he has gone, then stop. What is hard to understand?
