As much as anything, the recent busy game schedule has shown the difficulty we have with rotation, or lack of it due to strong and familiarity of tactics in depth. The lad's not had much of a chance really. But to be blunt, I've not seen anything of him that makes me think he's anything better than any youth players we have that could be blooded. For me, when he's come on he's looked decidedly average and not particularly strong, I wouldn't be that bothered if he was sold.

This, above all else, is ruining football. Gone is the excitement of transfer windows. Everything now is keyed to selling to the established elite and punish anyone who wants to close the gap, whether their owners have the cash to do so or not.
