Perfect combo of playing like an absolute bag of shit with the body language and reactions of someone who thinks he's too good for the players he's playing with. Shouldn't be playing and it's been daft for a very long time that Barnes - someone who has had possibly 2, 3, or 4 spells of good form since Gordon last did - continues to be the player who's sacrificed for Gordon, which in turn ends Barnes's form. Baffling.

He had his DoF walk out basically on the eve of the transfer window and our main striker act the cunt for its entirety. I'm a huge critic of our summer, it was a shit show, but I'm not putting any of the blame at the door of the people who picked up the baton due to the complete lack of accountability from the people above them.

Dunno if it's news to anyone but a 4.5 is a shit score. He had a good spell when we picked up later in the first half and it's on that alone that he's above Woltemade (anonymous and own goal) and Gordon (even worse than Elanga)

Any sane person would look at the last 4 years and have Howe on that same list, ahead of all of them.

I think you do if you're comparing how difficult each was to achieve, if one team gets kind draws and another gets really tough ones, it seems a bit unfair to still say one is a bigger achievement just because it has more historical prestige.

No it wasn't There's no need to compare really. The League Cup might be seen as the 'junior' cup out of the two, but we played all of the current top 4 at the time we played each team to win it, Palace didn't play any until the final.

His win % at Palace is higher than at Frankfurt and Wolfsberg. He's done very well at Palace, but he's without question a 'grass is always greener' alternative imo.

When the baseline comparison is Howe and what he's achieved here, I think what I've said is fair.

What's Howe done until now? He has a higher win % with over double the amount of games Glasner has had. See where Glasner is after 200 games.

As much as I'll defend Howe to the hilt, you are basically Baghdad Bob like Shadow Puppets. Even mild criticism is treated like it's extreme.

Glasner's definitely number 1 for me in the flavour of the month managers that will seem like mad suggestions with hindsight
